We love Bentgo products! They’re the perfect size and portion for our kids. Super easy to pack lunch the night before and chill overnight for the next day. We put them in the dishwasher and have never had an issue. I’ve used other brands and have had issues with warping or the inserts not fitting back into the containers. We’ve never had an issue with Bentgo containers. We’re repeat customers!

Bought this for our son when he was starting kinder. It lasted four years before both back hinges and closure tabs broke. We would love to just buy a replacement cover and keep going, but can't find one. The portion sizes are perfect and the divider makes it easy to pack sandwiches. It leaks a tad with yogurt, but otherwise, really great!

I bought this lunch box in September for my 5 year old for his first year of school. I was a little worried because he has never used lunch boxes or knew how to open correctly without spilling but this lunch box was SO easy for him to get the hang of. It has enough space for him to have all of his favorite foods in it. We love it!

Both my 6 & 8 year old have used Bentgo lunch boxes since early daycare days, they have lasted for years with no issues. The kids wanted new prints this year and one of the inserts cracked within a few months. I reached out to Bentgo customer service and the representative was quick to reply and very nice. I sent over all my information and a new lunch box arrived to me within days! It is the only lunch box we use.

I bought 4 of these in multiple colors in 2021, it was money well spent, they are easy to clean, don't leak and have held up beautifully over the years. You do need to be careful with the dividers, my kids have tipped 2 in the trash, thankfully Bentog provided excellent customer service.

We have owned several bentgo boxes, starting with the bentgo kid. What I love about them is it makes packing lunch easy. The kids know, one section holds their protein, one their fruit, one their vegetable and one their grain. It makes me confident that they can pack their own lunch and get a well balanced diet. The bentgo kids was the perfect size for kindergarten and below, but as we started to try to stuff whole sandwiches into it over time it eventually did crack and break. So definitely size up rather than stuff it! Bentgo was great though and they do stand behind them for 2 years and replaced it since it was just under 2 years (they definitely aren't flimsy but kids are tough on things!). I love the bentgo fresh as it has plenty of room for my 2-4th graders, I even have been know to pack them more than they can eat in it. There have been 2 issues with the bentgo fresh, one has been the hinge on both of the two we own eventually broke when dropped just at the right angle. Luckily my husband was able to fix both with baking soda and super glue which made me happy they didn't end up in the land fill (I am sure bentgo would have helped us out with a replacement). And one of them has been going strong for over a year with this fix (the other was dropped recently). To avoid this problem I am trying out the bentgo pop for my 3rd child. The hinges seem to be protected here so hopefully we won't have to worry about them. And the second problem has been the dividers getting thrown away. I love the divider and it seems to fit very snuggly, but somehow my children find a way to not come home with them. I do not know if they bang their food out when emptying them and they fall out, but unfortunately bentgo does not sell replacements. Hopefully they will change this as they already sell replacements for utensils and other parts that easily wander away. Overall we have really enjoyed ours, they make school lunches easy and are great for traveling (car or plane) as they easily sit in their lap. Hopefully my review helps others avoid a few of the hassles we had along the way!

I wanted to take the time to write this review to offer a massive shout out to customer service! in today's day and age sometimes it gets so frustrating talking to companies but Bentgo goes above and beyond. They have a customer for life! (and the lunchboxes are pretty cool too!) ❤️

This was a repeat purchase for our family. We have purchased so many boxes in the past. Love that even our three year old can open and close the box on his own and it’s absolutely leakproof. My daughter loved this fun llama print and got so many compliments on her “cute lunch box” at school. Practical for parents and adored by parents!

I bought a pack of 3 Bentgo 4-compartment and couldn't be happier. I love the flexibility of having the choice to make the Bentgo either a 3-compartment or 4-compartment. My only complaint is that the middle divider can be easily lost. Luckily, Bentgo customer service is fantastic. Our sitter accidentally tossed some of the dividers when emptying the containers. Bentgo customer service was able to help replace them.

I want to give this 5 stars because customer service is amazing, but the hinges on my Fresh lunch box have broken twice. I only put the inside in the dishwasher and I am not rough with it, but somehow the plastic pins that hold the hinges on all of our Bentgo containers have had issues breaking. I wish they would use a metal pin that goes into the plastic, which would hold up so much better. I also love that clips close easily. Sometimes I have to wiggle the tray to get it to seat correctly, but once clipped it seals tight. With the broken hinges, I am using rubber bands to keep it closed because don't want to try another one and keep adding to our graveyard of exteriors.
