We love our bentgo boxes and use them daily for our girl’s lunches. We have three bentgo boxes and they have held up great, especially with two toddlers who aren’t always very gentle. The boxes are easy to open, which my children can do all on their own. They were able to open them by themselves at 18 months old. The boxes are easy to clean. I hand wash them but you can wash the middle piece on the top rack of your dishwasher as well. I did have a question for customer service and I was very happy with how quickly they were available to talk with me and resolve the issue. Overall, I have been very pleased with this product and company as a whole!

I bought this lunch box in September for my 5 year old for his first year of school. I was a little worried because he has never used lunch boxes or knew how to open correctly without spilling but this lunch box was SO easy for him to get the hang of. It has enough space for him to have all of his favorite foods in it. We love it!

The latch broke off of one of our boxes and I was so sad, but I reached out to customer service and they’re sending a replacement. I really like these boxes, so I’m grateful customer service was so responsive and helpful. They are high quality and have worked so well for school lunches. I’ll definitely be buying from them in the future once we need a bigger size.

I’ve bought one for each of my kids unfortunately the dividers got lost. I contacted customer service spoke to John Kevin. He assured me I could get replacements . That was in April it’s now August and I’ve yet to receive them. I wish I could just order replacement parts! These are a great green option and make packing lunch so easy! I can not say enough great things about this lunch box! I bought the Monster Truck lunch box for my almost 2 year old. So great for throwing a quick lunch together for the park, zoo, or any other outing! I don’t have to worry about putting a barrier down on the table…my little guy just eats right from the lunch box. He loves it! He thinks it’s fun to eat out of. The best parts of this lunch box…NO LEAKS, NO TRASH TO THROW AWAY, DISHWASHER SAFE!!! If you are hesitant…just buy it! You won’t regret it.

I purchased several Bentgo containers last September and a few have mold now . I contacted customer aero d and they were very helpful in getting my items replaced! I love ALL of their products and I am sure to recommend them to ALL my fellow lunchbox moms . I use them for all 5 of my kids!!

This product is such a great way to get kids to make their own lunch. It's super easy to use and the portions are easy for kids to understand. My kids love making their own lunches and get really creative with the meals. Love these and really recommend even for older kids. My Junior High Schooler Loves Them!

I bought this the beginning of the school year, and so far it has been Great I love that it's very spacious I can fit alot of food and bonus the separator gives you an extra compartment when needed. It's also leak proof wich is perfect for my 3 year old to handle. We have all bentgo products from lunch bags to water bottles and snack boxes.

I was given a Bentgo Box as and end of year gift from a student. By accident I lost the divider piece. I emailed Bentgo and they promptly responded. I am so pleased with the service and the quality of this lunchbox. It’s is sturdy, easy to clean and fun to use. I love it and want to buy more colors.

Our Bentgo has lasted 4 years, and has traveled through customs many times through many states. It’s survived the clumsy hands of a toddler, and the hot beaches of Florida. We turned it into a snack box for Disney, on multiple occasions. 4 years is well worth the money.
