Organic milk that tastes great!

Great to have a 3-pack! Easier to carry than separately! I bake a lot of custards with milk for a low oxylate diet kidney patient.

I have tasted many different brands of milk, and several brands that are supposedly organic. In my opinion, none of these brands even come close to the flavor of the Horizon brand.

I shop at both big box stores. The competitor sells a different 2% Organic milk and the expiration date is consistently within 10 days. We can never drink the two jugs of milk within expiration date. Arguably, the expiration date is a sell date, but I prefer a sell date that's further out. In addition, the two jugs at the other store is plastic, and not carton. The Horizon milk is sold with three regular size cartons and it happens that they fit nicely inside the refrigerator door. The con is, this product does seem to sell out quickly (or the shelves are not stocked frequently).

Opting for Horizon Organic 2% milk was part of my commitment to making healthier choices in my purchases. Great value for 3 quart sized cartons at around $11! I love drinking milk so this brand is my favorite. They're usually around$5 /carton at your local grocery store unless once in a while they do go on sale for $3.99 (which isn't too often) My only gripe is that they only sell 2% at Sam's when I wish they had that plus whole milk. I drink 2% but my one year old can't yet.

Horizon milk is excellent

My daughters specialist said two things that should always be organic are meat and milk. We have use this milk since she was 1 and we love it. 4 stars because it's expensive!
