Great feature

I love my new range. The remote features is convenient. I can start my oven from another room and it lets me know when it is finished with the preheat.

Great look!

We purchased this slide-in range a few weeks ago and we're loving it so far! It looks great with our backsplash tile and compliments our kitchen upgrade.

Love a slide in

I have owned my range for a month. We went thru Christmas baking together and it worked out just fine. My light cleaning feature as well as my proof feature were a great help. I did have trouble with my fan but a reset got it working again.

Oven slow to pre-heat

The oven takes too long to pre-heat and the knobs on the front get bumped all the time - bad placement. Also, the stovetop gets scratched very easily - just by moving a pan - not good.

Not Impressed

Installed in July - the oven pre-heat takes too long, the large knobs stick out too far. Used the air fry feature for chicken wings, followed instructions and the oven had to be cleaned 2x's - still have grease. Won't be using this feature again.

Awesome range!!!

This is a really nice oven that is very sleek. The knobs are in front which is very convenient and practical preventing possible burn when reaching over hot pots and pans. Glass surface makes it easy to clean but can be easily scratched.

DO NOT BUY

These knobs turn too easily. Bumped while getting something out of the cupboard and next thing I know fire on my stove. The oven didn't come with grates when unboxing, nor did it come with an anti tip bracket. Solution for safety recall was a warning sticker. While cooking my shirt and stomach press the controls and makes all kind of noises. Even put it in sabbath mode accidentally. Needs to be taken off the market

Hey there. Thank you for sharing your honest review—we truly appreciate your feedback. We're committed to continuously improving our products, and as part of the LG Range safety recall, we're working to make things better moving forward. In the meantime, we've provided warning labels to help raise awareness and ensure user safety. We're glad you received one, and also want to remind you about the Control Lock feature, which can help prevent the knobs from turning too easily. Simply press and hold the "Lock" or "Control Lock" button for 3 seconds until you hear a chime and see a corresponding indicator light illuminate or turn off. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to us @LGUSSupport on social media. We're always here for you. ^David

Known Issues

We bought this stove almost 3 months ago, and I'm working on returning it right now. As mentioned in other reviews, the burners seem to have no temperature range; it's either boiling over or no heat at all. At first we thought it was user error - just the discomfort of getting used to something new. After having it ruin several meals, make multiple boil over messes, and scald a pot of soup while on LOW, we've finally had enough. Contacted LG and eventually found out this is a "known issue". We are livid to have bought a brand new product that should have been a joy to use, only to immediately need repairs.

Hi, CJ. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG Range (LSEL6333F) model. We understand your concern about having difficulty controlling the burners' temperature. We strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional services to ensure a smooth experience. This unit uses a cycling system to maintain consistent heat, but if the burners seem excessively hot even on low settings, we recommend performing a control panel reset by turning off the range at the circuit breaker for 10 minutes before turning it back on. Additionally, adjusting the cookware type and size may help with even heating. For more information, you may visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-range-cooktop-troubleshooting-heating-issues--20150482919447. We’d like to look into this further and explore potential solutions—please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport so our team can assist. We appreciate your patience. ^Juvy
