A serious safety concern around this model. We bought this 4 months ago and since then have inadvertently unknowingly turned on an element. More than once items have been in the stove including oven mits and a ceramic spoon holder which exploded from heat.

as a person who loves to cook , and moved into a new home with an electric oven, this thing has ruined my experience. waking up to make breakfast was a quick and snappy ritual with my old trusty fire grill, this thing needs to be beeped, and clicked, and set and it makes no noise, and it has NO actual heat differences, it just has HIGH- and anything less than that (8-7-6-5 etc ) means it just turns itself on and off. meaning it either burns the tomatoe's i'm trying to fry or does nothing. Literally everything about this oven is a masterclass of pain and annoyance. The oven light will NOT stay on and will NOT stop beeping, - so i'm looking at my food in this oven thats turned off both the oven furnace and the oven light- to save? energy? ( LOL ) sorry when i'm hungry i want to cook and see my food-maybe i should donate to greta or something so i can my oven light stay on- and i don't care what the manual says about turning off the beep- that goes for everytime you open the oven door- "you should click and hold the menu button- click through until you find the 'beep' command, and then click it off, on some thin plasticy little input tab screen. i don't understand why a phone capability is necessary when you're supposed to be attending the oven, can someone explain? in conclusion- the food you harvest from the oven is a dry, sad cousin of the firebreathers, don't get this oven, it's one of those novelty- put in a penthouse and forget about- ovens.

I am very disappointed in this product..First, it takes forever to simply get it hot enough to boil water. Grill goes on and off preventing the water from getting hot. Second, after nearly an hour on line, I was told you cannot use the stovetop while cleaning the oven. Aside from being ridiculous, that was not mentioned in any literature I read. Thirdly, the air fry does not crisp the food. That has been my disappointing experience.

Timer is frustrating to use as it jumps up and down in minutes at random so you have to redo the timer up and down till you hit the minutes you want. Fan is noisy. Really sorry I bought this one.

Burners turn on way too easy. If you lean or even graze against a knob, without knowing it, the knob will turn on without the indicator bell going off and the burner turns onto the high position. Has happened quite a few times. Unnerving. Constantly checking. Surface is high maintenance. Oven racks are not heavy duty. I use a lot of cast iron in the oven and the racks are not very strong. Do love the look of the unit however, size of the oven, and the air fry option.

So many unique functions, don't believe there is anything left this great appliance can't deliver! Thank you LG for dedicating your talents to making my life easier. Love my matching Stainless set of kitchen appliances. I know longer want my husbands assistance in the kitchen I enjoy doing all myself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range/oven with air fryer is very nice. My only issue is the cook top burner knobs will flip on very easily if they are bumped. I've accidentally turned on my burner without knowing. They turn on so easily that my daughter's dogs will turn on the burners sniffing around the stove & bump with their nose. This is a potential hazard that should be corrected. Other than that, it's a very nice appliance.
