I have only used it once to slice potatoes for scalloped ham and potatoes and it worked great. I was so nice not having to worry about slicing off my finger tips. It is also nice that you can change the settings without having to switch out blades.

Product is well built. Really delivers on the safe slice guarantee. The only gripe I have is that its a little but difficult to clean. Also hope that there are replacement blades available.

Ordered for safety reasons. With my run of the mill mandoline, sliced off a good portion of my skin when I found this. Very easy and safe to use.
