So far, it has been safe and easy to use and clean. Dishwasher safe makes it even better. I recommend this product to anyone who doesn’t want to struggle with the old school methods! Saves so much more time!

I am impressed with the packaging. It arrived very well packaged. I read the instructions thoroughly and can't wait to try it out. Will follow up after I've had an opportunity to use it.

I have only used it once to slice potatoes for scalloped ham and potatoes and it worked great. I was so nice not having to worry about slicing off my finger tips. It is also nice that you can change the settings without having to switch out blades.

I have used other mandolines which you slide the vegetables across the blade. I have many war wounds from them. This product keeps my fingers and knuckles away from the blade, thus no more injuries.

I just received my mandoline. I set it up but haven't used it yet, but I'm very exited to! Seems pretty sturdy and of good quality for the price. Love the color and I love that it is easy to set up and easy to take down for easy storage.
