I just received this yesterday so I haven’t used it yet. I put it together and it was very simple and fit perfectly in my drawer. Based on all other reviews, I am very excited to finally use it!

Design for humans to use SAFELY! I had a regular mandolin the A) didnt work well at all and B) was an accident waiting to happen. This one is neither of the above!!

This gadget is a real time saver in the kitchen. As fast as you can feed the vegetables in while being safe, the slices come out. Anywhere from paper thin to a thick cut. I was amazed at the range of sizes available. Perfect for repetitious slicing.

Sturdy will work good easy directions but. This is good for small things. I usually like to slice my eggplant and unless you have a small thing eggplant this will not work.

I love how easy and straightforward this mandolins is. There aren’t a bunch of parts to keep track of. I love that I don’t have to worry about my fingers getting cut

So far, it has been safe and easy to use and clean. Dishwasher safe makes it even better. I recommend this product to anyone who doesn’t want to struggle with the old school methods! Saves so much more time!

This has changed the game. It made cutting, dicing and slicing so easy last night. I kept looking for things to chop so I could try out all the settings. My husband loved the fries I made!

I like everything about this product except that you cannot slice larger vegetables because the chute is kind of small. I like the way the unit stores flat. I like the way you can easily adjust between types of cuts.

I have used other mandolines which you slide the vegetables across the blade. I have many war wounds from them. This product keeps my fingers and knuckles away from the blade, thus no more injuries.

I love my chopper. I recently moved and lost the chute and food pusher? Can I purchase replacements? I love how safe it is and even let the grandkids help with supervision.
