I’m very sad that Knudsen Cottage Cheese is now made with milk from cows treated with synthetic hormones (or at least it could be, because the prominent statement that it is NOT made from rBST treated cows has completely disappeared from the label).

My favorite cottage cheese has changed

This is the only cottage cheese I eat ever since I was  a child.   Love. It.   No fatty aftertaste.   Great with fruit like canned peaches .   Also great with sliced tomatoes with salt and pepper over the cottage cheese.  (  ; -)
