This is a great deal, each vegetable is individually packaged. So you can choose how much you want to use of each. The only thing that could make this better is adding celery. Then you have sofrito or trinity :) I was very surprised when I opened the bag to find easy to open individually packaged onions and red peppers and green peppers. During soup season this is a life saver. Please keep selling this product I will keep buying it.

It’s was good we used is in jambalaya, the only thing is it holds a lot of water. So we sauté them and drain the water season them and then throw them in the pan with the jambalaya.

This is 4 separate bags, 1 each of peppers and 2 bags of onion. I expected 4 bags of peppers and onions mixed together. Not convenient if you're cooking in small quantities. Wish the packaging was more clear. The veggies were fine for frozen
