I love everything about the this trash and recycle can. It is best suited for 13 gallon trash bags but I was able to fit 9 gallon bags in it. I love that it has handles to lift the compartments out. It fits perfectly on the side of any kitchen cabinet. It matches all my stainless steel appliances. It also has handles on the outside in order to move it around if needed. I think it is very affordable for all the great design. I like things easy, and this did not disappoint.

Hard to take the trash bags out or in. We had to attach a door pull to the top so it would function (one kid cant figure out the foot pedal yet) Most common trash bag size is way too big for this one and leaves too much room, just wasteful. I liked the idea of having two- one recycling and one garbage. But I think just two next to one another would have been better.

This looks very nice. The quality is good. It’s cumbersome to get the inner can out, because the handle for it is underneath the trash bag. We’ve tried different ways of putting the bag in on top of the handle, but then it becomes hard to tuck the bag into the outer layer. Over all, not the best can for our big household.

This product met my expectations. It is holds the plastic kitchen bags nicely (I was afraid the white plastic might peek out, but it does not). It seems durable and appropriate for my kitchen application. When the lids open and close it is quiet. The product came with colored oval labels to add to the foot pedal to identify the contents of each can.

So I just recently bought a house and have been looking for the perfect trash can and the right size one to fit my kitchen. I bought three trash cans and returned all of them because of their size. I fill up a trash can quite fast so nothing seemed to please me until I came along this one. It's the perfect size and style I was looking for. I have gotten so many compliments on it. I absolutely love it. My trash bag now lasts me for the week! And when I feel like it needs to be taken out I take the bag out shake it a little, put it back in the can itself and there is half the room left in the trash bag again! So yes, I definitely recommend this trash can. It's easy to use, looks great, and is extremely durable.

Great option for dual garbage can! We aren't lucky enough to have space for a garbage built in cabinet a d have struggled finding garbage can options in the kitchen for our house. We bought the fancy brand dual can and it broke within a year and the dog kept knocking over the plastic cans. This garbage can is the perfect solution! It holds a lot for it's size! We also use regular size kitchen garbage bags. It is Saturday and basically impossible for the dog to knock it over or open it with his nose.

First of all the color is gorgeous. Secondly I LOVE having a recycling can next to the garbage. Got rid of the clutter!! Third the price was right. Lastly it replaced a can that opened automatically and required batteries ( a lot) and was flimsy. This is a great can for the price. I’m very happy!!! Oh and there’s stickers included to help littles ( or husbands)remember where the garbage goes and where the recycling goes

So far we are happy we the purchase the bins are roomy enough for frrash and recycling. The trash bags are a little difficult to get in w the handle but it is able to work able. The easy cleanup is a plus. I think his will be a good As long as the foot handles hoop up.

We had a smaller Step N Sort prior to this one. The lifting mechanism on the left side broke after at least five years of daily use. I suspect this one will last about five years as well. The best part of this is that there is enough volume in this Step N Sort to hold a lot of recycling. I only have to empty it twice a week instead of every day. Also, the size is perfect for holding a liner in the side for the plastic and glass so the container stays clean, the small one was unable to hold a liner. This recycle center is perfect for our recycling needs.

I have had the trash can about a week now. The packaging was good (double box) and it arrived on time. The compartments are fairly big and well constructed. My only flaw would be with bag placement. You have to play around a bit to make sure you can conceal your trash bag once the lid is closed and the bin slips in. Other than that it is a good purchase definitely worth it.
