Go with something cheaper somewhere else.

Awful tires. If I could I would give them zero stars. I bought these in May last year, they were ok, nothing special considering they're Pirellis. Fast forward less than a year, and 33k miles, I got denied balance and rotation because the tires were already too low. (Mind you they have an alleged thread wear warranty of 75k miles. So in less than half the miles I've gone thru the thread, I drive a compact suv, nothing powerful or agile to put the blame on my driving. These tires are just trash.

Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 -245/60R18 105H 5stars

Bought 4 of these in the Ogden / Riverdale Utah store. Read up on reviews and tire history and decided on these Pirelli tires. Had a heavy downpour rainstorm during a 2 hour ride headed home. These tires performed amazing. The roads were flooded and there were multiple slide offs and crashes on the way home. Not us, these tires had grip and I knew we would be good. I drive on the highway every day and 20,000 miles a year, I have been in every condition. I highly recommend these tires. Also the Ogden Riverdale Sams has the best tire dept out there.

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE: If I could give them a lower rating I would. Supposed to be a 70k tire. Lasted 33K, and 23 months. Dry rot and shoulder wear is horrible, I guess that's why the one review blew out on the shoulders.... Take note Pirelli. Sams don't stand behind them. Stay away from Sams, stay away from Pirelli. I've had 3-4 sets of Scorpions and they lost their quality along the way.

Quiet comfort, but poor handling %26 3-4mpg drop

AVOID. I have a 2018 Chevy Equinox LS that came with Michelin Premier LTX stock. The Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 is a lot quieter and offers a much softer ride. But handling is far worse and gas mileage is down 3-4mpg(32-33mpg down to 28-29). The car is far less predictable. The soft sidewalls track oddly at times and bumps cause the car to wobble side to side, which never happened with the stock tires. I have new drivers and it scares the crap out of them instead of building confidence. But it did provide a good lesson on not buying cheap tires, and that companies will sell out their good name to make a quick buck, but lose customers. The performance you would expect from Pirelli doesn't come through on this tire. Just a soft side wall cruiser that causes a 10% loss in gas mileage. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The Scorpions Bite

If you're looking for a tire that truly elevates your driving experience, the Pirelli Scorpion All Season Plus 3 absolutely delivers. From the moment you hit the road, the handling stands out. The tire feels incredibly planted and responsive, giving you confidence whether you're cruising on the highway or navigating tighter turns. There's a solid, controlled feel that makes your vehicle—especially something like a Traverse—feel more refined and stable. One of the most impressive features is the low noise level. Road noise is minimal, even at higher speeds, which makes long drives far more comfortable. It has that premium, quiet ride quality you'd expect from a top-tier touring tire. Where this tire really shines, though, is in all-weather performance. In the rain, it grips the road exceptionally well, channeling water away and maintaining traction without that “floaty” feeling you sometimes get. In light snow, it continues to impress—offering reliable grip and control that gives you peace of mind during winter driving. Overall, the Pirelli Scorpion All Season Plus 3 strikes an excellent balance of performance, comfort, and year-round capability. It's a tire that not only performs well on paper but truly makes a noticeable difference every time you drive.

Pirelli great tires, REBATE SCAM!

Tires are great, Sams installation is GREAT! Pirelli at the time offered a $100 Rebate which there rebate partner -mypayment vault-gives you a virtual card that does not work at Sams, Walmart, or Amazon1 Buyer beware if you are using this to decide between tires !!!!!

Quiet ride, but you pay for that with tire life.

Very short life on these tires, and the asymmetrical construction limits the way they can be rotated. I've got 81K miles on my Lincoln Navigator, and I've put 2 sets of these on it since getting rid of the OEM tires at about 25K. Tires are maintained in accordance with the recommended rotation and balance intervals, there are no alignment issues, yet these have to be replaced at about 1/3 of the supposed treadwear warranty. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Currently looking for other options.
