I grew up eating Bryers coffee ice cream since it was one of the only all-natural brands on the market with impeccable quality. Unfortunately, their recipe change to include completely unnatural ingredients ruined the product. I’ve switched to Whole Foods 365 brand since Breyers has destroyed my loyalty and trust. Must be trying to increase their margins at consumer expense.

The wonderful Coffee ice cream that Breyers used to make is apparently gone forever. In its place is an imposter called frozen dairy dessert that is nearly inedible. This can not be due to consumer preference as this stuff is brutally bad in both texture; taste and mouth feel. It is truly disgusting.

This is disgusting. The texture must be due to a new formula with Tara gum. It tastes gummy and leaves a greasy feeling in your mouth like you just ingested crisco. My carbaholic daughter refuses to eat it and now we can't serve it this Thanksgiving. What a waste.

My grandparents would be rolling over in their graves because they only purchased Breyers ICE CREAM. Didn't look at the label for this flavor and to my dismay another frozen dairy product made it's way into my freezer! Such a shame you have to skimp on the ingredients. I would gladly pay more to bring back the original formula. Look at the reviews they are loud and clear!

Absolutely the very best ice cream ever! Beats Edy's coffee ice cream for taste all the time! AND it's low fat and low cholesterol and not too high in sugar. DO NOT EVER STOP MAKING IT! It doesn't matter that I'm not an 18 yr. old, because I buy a LOT of this Coffee Breyers!!!

When I purchase Brewers, I’ve learned to choose the most basic flavors (vanilla or chocolate) because all of the others are filled with junk. I thought I was safe picking a plain coffee flavor. The moment I tasted it, I knew something was off. It has an unnatural texture and the new “deep Colombian” flavor is bitter. I looked more closely at the package and found that this is not ice cream, it’s “frozen dairy dessert”. I wish I could get my money back.

This is my personal favorite! My husband doesn't like coffee ice cream so that takes it up a notch there as he leaves it alone. This is great for me because I get all of it then! At night sometimes I drizzle it with a little Kahlua and that is wonderful. During the day, I'll either eat it by itself or put some in a glass with milk (or half & half) and enjoy it that way.

This is the best coffee ice cream you can buy at a store, in my opinion. Plus if you have food stamps you can get that ish freeeee. Lol. But the flavor is on point, and all ya gotta do is scoop it.. I mean, or you could do it my style and just eat it straight from the tub. 🤷‍♀️

Ehhh. This isn’t good enough to buy again, especially with the big quantity of it. I’m not sure if I’ll even finish it. The coffee flavor itself tastes like a dark roast. However, the intensity is very light… not strong at all. The flavor is balanced with the cream but if you’re looking for a good and bold flavor this is not it. Ice cream is extremely soft which I don’t mind but the texture would take some getting use to. The sweetener tastes a bit off? I can’t explain why but almost like some alternative to sugar was used instead? It’s probably the corn syrup but idk something in here is a bit off in taste, almost like the taste could be sugar-free but not quite. If you are a lover of good, flavorful, and bold coffee ice cream then I would recommend passing on this.

I am not a traditional coffee drinker but I have a cup now and then but when I saw this Breyers Coffee I thought how interesting and since my first taste I was hooked and started calling all my daily coffee drinking friends about my new find! How yummy yummy!
