Disappointing Treadwear...

I have had these tires on a Chevy Express 3500 for 9 months and 29,000 miles. They already need to be replaced. Very disappointed with the tread wear on these tires. They have been rotated on a regular basis and the alignment has been checked at every oil change. Michelin does not really specify a mileage wear rating for this tire as they do for most of their line. As far as ride and handling they are awesome, but, at this price point and the miserable tread wear, I would not recommend this tire.

We understand the Agilis CrossClimate tires on your Chevy Express 3500 did not meet your expectation in terms of mileage. A member of our Consumer Care team will be in contact with you. You may also reach our office at 1-866-866-6605.

Great ride and handling also stopping and griping the road is awesome !

What a remarkable difference ! I paid a little more than I wanted to but…..no regrets ! We took a 2600 mile round trip with these new tires and the performance was truly amazing ! Through the mountains and rain handling was a joy. I'm 77 years old and I'm willing to say, so far, these are the best tires that I've ever purchased.

Tires saved someone's life today

I purchased these tires a week ago. Today I had a driver turn left in front of me coming from the opposite direction. I slammed on the brakes and these tires stopped me, while I think my older tires would have had me running over the poor chap. I hope I never have to test these tires again. But I am amazed at their gripping power.

Horrible

Quite possibly the worst Michelin tire I have ever purchased, tried to like them, until I found they provided no winter weather driving confidence whatsoever. I have been a lifelong Michelin buyer. This has soured me. no traction, no steering response. dangerous for the mildest winter road condition.

great tires

I have had the tires for a year now and the tires are showing little ware. There is about 15000 KM. on them. The tires are quite on the high way and give you the feeling of very smooth ride on my F350 Super Duty. On ice and cold snow they have very good traction. On slushy snow and wet mud I have to lock up the 4 WD, which I thought would be a problem when I bought them because of the tread. Over all the tires are a good experience.

Super impressed

Using on VW GTI. I bought these because my summers are high performance summers and cant be used on any snow what so ever and living in Alberta we get late spring snows. If I leave my studded North Fours on they wear out quickly in the heat. Im so impressed at the traction in deep wet snow. On both wet and dry payment they are much better than I expected Smooth and really steady at speed. Have a stuff sidewall so dry performance is frankly amazing. I had no idea they would be this good. A bit of noice for sure but not bothersome. Not a winter tires whine but more aof a low rumble. Doesnt bother me at all , I will not replace the studded winters when they are worn because Studs, while being the best ever on ice ,have so many performance compromises. Going forward its three and performance summers. On a more pedestrian car I would run these year round without question. To be notes we have another car with Cross climate 1 and these are Cross climate 2. Seem to have more open tread design.

Excellent for F350

I had LTX A/T2 in my 2017 F350 with 18,000 miles (from factory). The LTX perform well during the summer, but slippery on the mountains in Oregon when close to freezing and snow with empty bed. This winter season I switched to Agilis CrossClimate; what a difference. These really perform well in the wet/snow conditions.

1991 Vanagon on new Michelin Agilis CrossClimate 205/16

I drove 1500 miles round trip in my 1991 Vanagon on new Michelin Agilis CrossClimate 205/16R15 tires. I have never felt the van to feel so loose on the road. I had to stop more frequently than ever to relax from the anxiety of how the van now handled.

Great tire, Except the treadlife is terrible

Bought a set of these for my '17 Nissan Titan XD in December of '19 and they are really nice tires, except for the treadlife. For the most part they are quiet on the highway and have been very predictable in the snow and ice. I do pull a 30' travel trailer (about 4,000 miles this year) and with just under 30,000 miles on them there is 5/32" tread left. I expected more for a tire that is supposedly designed specifically for light trucks hauling heavy loads. Seriously disappointed with the durability.

Poor tire durability. Not recommended.

Bought 4 Agilis CrossClimate tires for the rear wheels of our Mercedes Sprinter based RV. The first tire sidewall failure occurred at 8000 kms, and a second tire sidewall failure occurred at 24,000 kms. Unfortunately the second tire failure occurred 10,000 kms from home and we couldn't bring the defective tire back with us. There were no known causes, ie road conditions, for the tire failures. The local dealer refuses to offer any warranty or credit without the physical tire. Not impressed with either the tire or the dealer.
