Customer reviews for Bridgestone Turanza QuietTrack - 225/65R17 102H Tire forGreat tire when new, wore out fast
The tread pattern is very good, and has lead to great traction on dry pavement as well as REALLY good wet weather traction too. That being said, for being an 80,000 mile tire, they have worn down INCREDIBLY fast! At under 20,000 miles my fronts are at 4/32" and rears are 5-6/32". The tire brand new doesn't come with much tread depth to start, which is likely the problem. But it is a problem that Bridgestone needs to resolve. For this expensive of a tire, this should not be happening. I thought when they in were new that maybe the compound would be super strong and not wear down quickly since the tread depth was so low, but that is not the case. It's a very fast wearing tire.

Would not purchase again.
I bought these tire and they had an 80k milage warranty on them. I got 34,000 miles out of the with about 3/32 left on them. Problem I had them fix a flat on one tire and it had been done twice. So I would have to replace it. I decided to do a warranty on them and replace them. About these tire. Amazing gripping! I could not get my car to slide. Very heavy tire so my fuel went down I use to get about 407 and each time 366. Big difference. They not that quite. Just would not purchase again.

Buy MICHELIN
Bought full set of tires over Michelin for the 80,000 mile tread life. I have driven 29,000 miles and being told I will need new tires as all four are sitting at 4/32. I spent so much money on these and I can't afford to replace them already. I'm pretty devastated over this purchase.

Awesome Ride
Even though I got these tires through the Veterans Canteen Service program for Bridgestone and got them cheaper. They were pricey per tire, but the lady who sold them to me said they are worth it and she was right. They are quiet and my Michelin tires that came with my car upon purchase didn't glide and was no where near as quiet as these. They grip the road very well dry or wet. This was a very good purchase even though the overall price scared me. With 80k warranty with the Quiettrack versus 50k on Michelins and just under the price I would've paid for them. I say worth every penny!
Don't buy the Bridgestone Turanza Quiet Ride tire
Does not even come close to an 80,000 mile warranty tire. Purchased the quiet ride tires 11/17/2022 and in 5/22/2024, in less than 2 years, tread wear dept indicated I needed new tires. I have purchased many Bridgestone tires over the years and the Turanza Quiet Ride are the only ones that I have been disappointed in. I was given a partial proration on the tires, but nothing of value to having to replace these tires so soon. I'm 68 years old and drive normal, rotate and balance my tires every 5,000 miles, and keep tires at recommended air pressure. The tires quietness & comfort was just ok (I've had other Bridgestone tires that have been just as quiet and more comfortable), traction good, value poor.

Reliable Traction in wet conditions
We've tried to find a tire cheaper than the Michelins and Pirellis for this car, and settled on the Turanza. Although prices have gone up, the quality of these tires are quite constant and having them on the car gives my wife an added sense of assurance on wet and wintry roads.
Not what I expected
After 21000 miles these tires were kaput! Mind you, every 5000 miles they were rotated. Poor quality. We're they quiet? Moderately quiet. Decent in wet conditions. But to only get 21000K out of them is ridiculous. I will go with Michelin next for sure!

MIleage for Tires OFF!
I bought these tires about 15 months ago, and Firestone says I Need them replaced, only 35k miles on a 80k warranty tire? Something is not right here...and yes my car has regular maintenance, rotate tires and do alignments on a regular basis. Not sure I would invest in them again.

Avoid these tires at all cost
I'll never buy Bridgestone tires or a vehicle with the on it ever again, and caution anyone I know against it. These tires are rated at least for 50k and at 36k with regular maintenance and rotate @ each 5k and alignment checked and adjusted once as well during as needed. Tires started cupping to the point they had to be replaced. OE tires dealership wont warranty and told me 15-20k these have to be replaced usually. Never again Bridgestone.

Quiet and High-Performing, but Disappointing Tread Wear
I recently purchased a set of Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack 235/40R18 95H tires for my vehicle, and while I must admit that they have several positive attributes, I am ultimately disappointed with their tread wear. Let's start with the positives. The most notable aspect of the Turanza Quiettrack tires is their exceptional quietness. They live up to their name by significantly reducing road noise, resulting in a serene and enjoyable driving experience. This feature alone makes them a suitable choice for those seeking a peaceful and comfortable ride. Furthermore, in terms of performance, the Turanza Quiettrack tires excel. They provide excellent traction and grip on both dry and wet surfaces. I found their handling to be precise and responsive, instilling confidence while cornering and maneuvering through various road conditions. The braking performance is also commendable, offering reliable stopping power when needed. However, my enthusiasm for these tires is dampened by their disappointing tread wear. Bridgestone advertises the Turanza Quiettrack with a mileage rating of 85,000 miles, suggesting they are designed to last for an extended period. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of this claim. At just 39,000 miles, I discovered significant wear, with the tread depth measuring at a mere 3/32". This premature wear is unacceptable and has left me dissatisfied with this product. Given the relatively short lifespan of these tires, I cannot recommend the Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack for those seeking long-lasting tread wear. It is crucial to note that tire life can be influenced by various factors, including driving habits, road conditions, and maintenance. However, even with proper care, the tread wear I experienced was far from the expected longevity promised by the manufacturer. In summary, the Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack tires offer a quiet and comfortable ride with commendable performance in various driving conditions. However, the disappointing tread wear, falling significantly short of the advertised mileage rating, is a cause for concern. If longevity and tread wear are important factors in your tire selection, it may be best to explore alternative options before making a final decision.
