Best hot links that I've had in quite a while. Cooks evenly, and it doesn't burst open easily while cooking, like other brands.

We've been using Earl Campbell links for years. It is the best sausage to grill during the summer. A consistent great taste. We also like to use it when we are cooking a pot of beans and we also use it in our Chicken and Sausage Gumbo. It is a staple in our house.

Use in making Pizza, grill on BBQ, mix in soup, wrap in a corn or flour tortilla. These are great. BTW, used to watch Earl Campbell on Houston Oilers team when I was a kid!

Love Earl Campbell Hot Links! These are truly hot links, not just smoked sausage. Even these mild ones have heat!
