Purchased two of the Lifetime Portable Tetherball Systems for Christmas gifts for the grand-daughters. They love the item! It is very sturdy for both kids and adults. Easy to assemble and love that it is very easy to move around. Perfect outdoor activity for the whole family at an affordable price.

My kids love this tether ball game. Someone at my house removed the top part of the tether ball pole to kick the ball around and we never found it. I contacted the company and they are sending me the replacement part. It’s 3 years old so out of warranty but reasonably priced part is being shipped. Excellent quality, excellent customer service.

I called the 800 number. They said leave a message and they will call you back. So many companies never call you back. I got a phone call right away. They are sending the part I need with no charge and I can track it. My person in the phone was very polite and helpful. Buy from brands that back their products. Life does. I will continue to buy life line.

We bought this 2 years ago now, and it has been in constant use by our two boys (10-14). Great value for the money, and recently when the strap on the ball wore out from so much heavy use the company sent us a new one without any hassles! Great product and great service.

Very easy to install. Might need two people if you lack upper body strenght. I've owned this tetherball set for roughly a month, although I've only used it once. Pumped up the ball for the first time and there was a microscopic hole that deflated after a few hits. Contacted customer service and they are in the process of sending out a replacement ball, for free. Their customer service team is currently overwhelmed at the moment due to Covid-19/Quarantine--everybody is buying new activities to play outside so it's no surprise! Be patient and their team will take care of you.

I bought this Tetherball system a few years ago for my grandkids, who love playing with it, I E-mail Lifetime asking about a replacement for my broken pole, I later got a E-mail that lifetime was going to ship me a replacement pole at no charge to me, I'm very pleased with this company for standing behind their product, I would definitely buy from lifetime again, and would strongly recommend them to family and Friends.
