I only use computer for files, email and solitare games. Not much else. Searches for travel. Booking online, paying bills, etc. This computer does all that. Didn't come with office. refuse to pay for subscription on 360, so bought on groupon the download for Office 2024 and it was easy. I own it now. Works for me. This computer is fast and getting used to Windows 11 is a little different, hate to leave windows 10, it worked for me. Cost I didn't need to make because old computer was fine, but microsoft is always making us change. I like the computer.

Ordered online and picked up curbside. So easy. Computer works great. Very quick. I enjoy the touchscreen and backlit keyboard.

These Probook laptops are great, however keep in mind some are made with touchscreens and some are made without. I have to return the ones I ordered from Sam's Club because they do NOT have a touchscreen, contrary to some of the reviews posted here.

It looks cheap and very light. It looks like my Asus computer I bought for $100 for my kids. It says hp laptop but no mention of which type. Sam's club should be very clear about the details. Need the laptop for heavy use for academic research, this do not do the job for me so I Will return.

Bought this today to replace another HP that broke. I loved the first one but it was a convertible screen and the hinge completely broke (I've seen other reviews complaining about this). I will chose another brand. This one is already running hard and hot. I do NOT recommend this brand or this laptop.

The laptop was not in good quality since I cannot reset it to the status when I got it. Even the tech support cannot help.

Please do something to stop this kind of behavior assisting managers with different rules of their own
