Nice taste and no after burn.

It's decent, a 2.5 star. Its not going to blow your mind like a Russels 12 but for a bargain bourbon this is good. It's just a little richer and deeper than the standard white label with the same flavor profile (dry peanut, light brown sugar). Its ok for daily sipping and good in a cocktail. I have family members that use JB white label as their house bourbon and they enjoy this Black, they say its pleasantly a little extra.
