i wanted a firm mattress; im getting used to this 'firmness', and time will tell if it feels ok. i do recommend paying attention to the height of the box spring, as you have two choices, 5" or 9".

This is the most comfortable mattress we have ever owned by far. We have it on a platform and it is so plush! I haven't had an achy back or interrupted sleep since we got this.

I have a bad lower back, .and I like a firm mattress this is firm but not a rock. Haven't slept through the night in months. have this mattress 2 days and slept both night straight through.

My only complaint is that the seller didn't explain in detail the difference between the regular and long length of the mattress. Other than that, I am quite satisfied

Firm, good price/value. My husband thinks it's a little too hard, I don't. My back instantly feels better! It is a pretty color on the sides (not that you see them often, but it is)

This mattress supports the weight of your whole body very well. I wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and well rested. My old mattress did not support my back but the Sealy does the job well.
