This mattress gives amazing support especially for those with back issues including past surgery. It is comfortable and gives ever so slightly when a person is moving from one position to the other. It is an ideal product and I would recommend it to anyone asking me about it.

We have had it for this will be the second night but so far so good. Neither of us are waking up with back pain like we was so hoping that continues. I think the next one we purchase will have a separate base since I like to be up a little and my husband is enjoying laying flat but that could still change.

Product was well made and very well packaged with extra protective layers inside so as not to be damaged by shippers. Mattress is somewhat firmer then expected for a "plush pillow top" however it is still comfortable and has lots of suppsort in the back where you need it most.

This is the second mattress we have purchased. First one was for our first child. We have been so happy with her sleep quality, durability her comfort etc. that when it came time to buy for our next child it was an easy selection option. It has been a great transition and we are all happy with the new mattress!

We bought the King mattress & box springs. It is a little bit firmer than our last mattress, but is comfortable. It has only been a week of using it, but we think it was a good mattress choice. We don't notice a lot of motion when the other person moves.

This Sealy Posturepedic mattress exceeded all expectations in comfort and quality. This mattress helps me sleep better and has been instrumental helping me with my lower back pain. I have experienced no other problems since i brought this Sealy mattress.

I am recovering from a fall and am in a wheelchair and also use a walker. Committing to something that you haven't spent enough time trying it out to see if it really is what you are hoping for. The Posturepedic Spring Tight Top Soft II mattress does not disappoint. It is made well and is comfortable. Looking for a good nights rest well look no more! And it's one that will last.

Made an "emergency" purchase of this Sealy Posturepedic Summer Rose 12" Medium (tight top) due to a failed 80-day experiment with a "fad" bed-in-a-box mattress. Weeks of restless nights led to crippling back and hip pain each morning. I could take no more. Instead of that hard-as-a-rock foam mattress, I have returned to a traditional non-hybrid innerspring mattress (although most now seem to employ some amount of foam on top of pocket springs). I have slept on it one night. Seems a bit firm for a "medium" but time will tell. Also, a bit of a stretch to claim it is 12" tall. Mattress measures 10" from base to top seam. Slightly puffy top adds no more than an inch, so maybe 11" maximum, which was disappointing. I did note I slept a bit sounder last night and had less back and hip pain in the morning. I purchased this mattress from Big Lots. Customer Service was great with Archie, the sales manager. They have always been polite when I go in there. They didn't have any in stock at the time but as soon as they did they called me just like they promised they would. The mattress feels wonderful. There is no need for the box spring.
