My tablet is under 2 months old, the screen has gone black twice. Once I had to press the screen in order to reconnect the ribbon cable, it happened again, and now I can't get it to turn on. Terrible product

Chad this tablet in my cart one evening & wanted to research on internet before purchasing. It was not on sale @ $339.00 the next morning I started to complete my order & it was increased to $499.00. I did not comletet my order due to the$160.00 increase overnight. Three days later it was priced @ $439.00. What a ripoff.

Bought two of these in May 2024, traded in devices to get a discount on my order, and both of these tablets have terrible light bleed from the bottom of the screen. They are slow, sluggish, buggy and just an overall terrible user experience. Now I have to eat the cost of my purchase and buy other higher end tablets instead. Very disappointed in Samsung with this release.
