This vacuum comes with all the attachments you need if you have pets, to fluff out your carpet, and to clean hardwood or laminate floors!! I cleaned my bedroom and almost filled the canister. I would have never thought I was living with that much dust. The lift away is easy to use and you get the base to roll it around around at no extra cost. I skeptical to pay $300 for a vacuum but I absolutely love my purchase. So worth it and made me at ease day one at the investment!! I'm a fan!

I bought this vacuum and was so excited to use it. I vacuumed my first room and then noticed the the bushelle detector was not lit up. I took a look and discovered the belt broke.... after being on for literally 2 minutes. It worked amazing up until this happened. I'm bummed and am willing to give it another try but for now it gets two stars.

Got mine on clearance so I was finally able to afford one. It works well . Love how it swivels and the LED lighting is nice. It has a lot of nice features!Wish it had a little more capacity because it fills quickly if ya have several pets but still not a big deal. Also no cord rewind but few vacuums offer that these days anymore. Overall we are very satisfied.

We've had this vacuum for less than two weeks and it caught on fire.

This vacuum works great. It is really good at picking up dog hair. It is very good on hard floors also.

My friends have one and they love it I used it and had to have one you will be amazed how much dirt and dog hair it picks up everyone should own one

I love this vacuum cleaner. It is very easy to use, glides across the carpet when in use and has a smaller head to get into tight spaces unlike my previous vacuum.

So far so good. I love that it's like 3 different vacuums all in 1. I've been wanting a Shark for a long time and spent time comparing the different models. I'm happy with this choice..
