The performance and comfort of our new Michelin tires are wonder. Glad I bought Michelin.

Lousy tires and poor service

These tires are garbage. Rated at 55k, but worn out at 30k. Michelin just told me that tires that come on new vehicles are not covered by warranty.

Great tire 50K miles

I replaced the original tires with the same Michelin. The original had 50,000 miles and I could not have expected more.

poor durability

New tires on my 23 Ford Maverick, 28785 miles and worn to 3/32 already. All rotations done on time, absolute crap for durability

Range disappointment

These tires came stock on my 2021 Ford Mach-E. Tires are now completely worn at 55K and need to be replaced. There's no way they would ever make it to the 90,000 kilometer range claims. I am quite disappointed as Michelin has always treated me well on all my past vehicles. I'm now obviously in the market for replacement tires and my confidence in the brand is now in question. I also work in the transportation field and I'm responsible for a large fleet of truck/trailer tires which typically we would purchase Michelin but at this point I'm not so sure we should.

Happycustomer

I bought my first set of Michelins to replace the factory ones on my 1980 Buick Regal and have had Michelins on various cars, suvs and light trucks ever since. I don’t recall ever having problems with any of them through the years. My experience is they run quietly and smoothly, and last longer than other brands I have tried. Definately my favorite tire.

Imppressed

I bought these as a replacement for my Michelin Premier tires that were original equipment on my RX. The OEM tires were out of stock in Michelin or Bridgestone. I searched for weeks before I found these Tour A/S. I was not impressed with the OEM tires. They lasted only 30K not the 60K they advertised. The rolling resistance of these Tour A/S is incredible and I expect they will outperform and out last the the OEM tires on my Lexus.

Michelin does it again.

The primacy A/S tires came standard on our 2020 Rav Hybrid limited. We currently have 32,000 miles on them or 54,000 Kms. We have done regular rotations and tires are at 6/32 depth. Our hope is to get 60,000 miles on them. The ride is very smooth and they are very quiet. By the way, we also tow a small teardrop trailer with them. I would not recommend this tire for snow and ice conditions. Our advise, rotate tires often, check pressure and do not turn the steering wheel unless car is moving and these tires will last.

Great traction and tread ware and comfortable tires

Bought V rated Primacy tires for my 2007 Lexus es350. Tires eat up vibrations and pot holes very well. Tires won’t last 55,000 miles in the hot Texas summers, so I typically change them around 45-50k, great tire for all weather conditions including rain. I’ll be buying them again for my new Lexus Rx350 suv and my wife’s Mazda Cx-5 suv.

Only got 25,000 miles, not the advertised 55,000 miles

These tires came with my 2021 GMC Acadia. I haven't even hit 25,000 miles and they now need replacing. I rotated the tires on time and checked air pressures every month according to the owner's manual. I see in the warranty that "Original Equipment tires are excluded". Based on my experience, and what I'm seeing from other reviews with similar experiences, these tires must be very poorly manufactured. Michelin should be ashamed for selling these, and even more ashamed for not having a solutions for those of us who only got 20-40k life from these tires.

MKO, we understand your frustration. We'd suggest that you have your tires inspected by an authorized Michelin retailer in your area. Please ask the dealer to call us while you are there so that we can gather more details and see how to proceed.
