I'm not a huge fan of this food at all. My dad gets it. It's one of those foods that you eat when you've literally got nothing else to eat lol. I recommend this is you don't give a you know about what you eat. Otherwise, steer clear of this gross thing.

My in-laws live with me and my husband. This is such a great size and value in price. It's perfect for a cold day when you don't feel like cooking. You can just pop it in the oven. It tastes just like the pot pies you'd get at the Marie calendar restaurants. If you were lucky to get to one before they all closed down. I'm happy they decided to still carry these at grocery stores. The filling is meaty, and the crust comes out so flaky.

Marie Callenders Chicken Pot Pies are my Daughters favorite lazy dinner. She like them for lunch too. I like to stock my freezer with these pot pies. They please the picky eaters in my house. Marie Callenders Chicken Pot Pies also help ease the stress of being a busy mom when it comes to dinner time.

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! WE LOVE THIS POT PIE! It is flaky and creamy, and it is hard to stop eating! The only downside is that it takes a long time to cook and it stays scalding hot for a long time. I'm sure that this isnt the most healthy option, but it is amazingly good!

From the ease of opening the box to the short amount of time to cook, this pot pie is super convenient. It has good flavor, nice hearty chunks of chicken. I have been eating Marie Callender's Chicken Pot Pies for quite a while. I do wish the sodium level was a bit lower so they would be considered healthy.

These are delicious! They taste just like you made them yourself, only better. They are a nice easy way to create a healthy dinner without the time and mess. The cruft is buttery and flaky and the chicken is actually large pieces of real chicken. I got turned off by pot pies for many years. My mom use to make those Swanson pies when they first came out. Those were gross! I think it was the rubbery meat that kept me away from pot pies for so long.

This chicken pot pie and simular pie's have one good thing I can say about them. I like the taste.But if you remove the top crust and scoop out the chicken, vegetables and gravy, you will see you do not get enough for your money. Most of the calories comes from the crust. In case you do not read labels, thats 820 calories for the whole pie. Do your research and see how many calories are in pie crust per gram. Most of the energy is in the crust and not the other contents. The sodium content is questionable. One whole pie contains 1540 grams of sodium. People over 50 should limit their sodium intake to 1500 grams per day or if you have high blood pressure at any age.So for me to give this product 5 stars, the manufacturer would have to eliminate the top and bottom crust and give us more meat, vegetables and gravy and less sodium at the same supermarket price.I decided to make my own without the crust and the results were good but still needed some improvement. I think my recipe requires more gravy and some spice.

I find these pot pies have too much pastry in comparison to other brands. The chicken is better than other brands which are often obviously processed bits of chicken. I find this brand does not have a rubbery or overly tough texture to the chicken like other brands I have tried tend to.

I love the crust but there's a particular seasoning in the chicken bits that I don't love. I honestly give my chicken chunks to my boyfriend and just eat mine without the meat. Its still worth keeping around though for a simple meal. Although during COVID while we stock up our freezer to reduce the trips to the grocery store we haven't kept as many around as they physically take up alot of room in the boxes they come in.

I like this pot pie much better then the beef pot pie. Though both of them require me to put it in the oven for 45 minutes because the last time I put it in the microwave the top was oddly brown but the bottom was underdone and I nearly threw it up because it tasted like already digested baby food. Anyway. pretty good product!
