Great product that runs smoothly and quietly after easy start process and does thejob we wanted it to do. It really needs wheels to get it around asit is heavy so we purchased a dolly to use to move it around during the emergency times when it will be necessary to move it quickly to an outdoor spot. Starts easily and runns very quietly which surprised me and made us happy. Doies exactly what we intended it to do.

I have been comparing portable generators for some time for our RV. We purchased this GP2200i, second owner, still strapped in unopened box for $300. Got home, unpacked, oiled and started after several pulls. Quiet as a mouse!! Started my 3/4 hp bench grinder no problem. I feel it will be less troublesome than models with all the electric lights (bells & whistles). It has more power than units costing 400 to 500 dollars more.

To be entirely honest I was amazed the generator even started after seeing the condition of the box it arrived in. The case of the generator was apparently damaged slightly where the front control panel is attached to the case but I didn't feel it would be a problem with the operation of the unit. I didn't have the opportunity to check the output voltage and frequency at this time but will get to that later. I took photos of the condition of the damaged box it arrived in and attached one to this review.

So far, it is running like a champ. Powering our refrigerator, freezer, TV, computer, WiFi and three lamps. Once Hurricane Florence is overand things settle down a bit, we might look into getting a whole house natural gas generator.

Took this bad boy up 1600 watts over 8 hours still had more to put out.Purred like a kitten no leaks not much noise use Ultra93 Octane keeps internal clean .

Added the oil and gas, started first pull! It also is so very quiet! I am looking forward to many hours of top performance from this little generator.

I haven't needed to use it yet. But I added the oil and gas and it started on the first pull! I've started it several times since and let it run for an hour each time and it works just fine. Couldn't ask for more!

Pick this unit up for camping/boonedocking and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is. Generator/inverter is just what we needed, super light with great run time.

opened the box removed gen,poured in oil provided .Then opened vent on fuel cap turned switch to choke pulled the recoil once it started immediately and ran perfect.

Have not used generator as of yet, ( will start up Pryor to hurricane season) but item looks to be well made. Other residents in my community have used this generator during hurricane Irma and were completely satisfied.
