Got these with my new phone. The sound is fine but the fit really bites. They provide 3 different sizes of ear plugs and NONE of them provide a fit that the earbuds themselves consider a 'good fit.' I'm using the one that got the best feedback from their app (good fit/connection) but theyt still keep falling out of my ears. My older ones without the stem fit much better.

You can have the ambient noise off to close off all sounds around you or have it on to hear the smallest of sounds. Streaming YouTube with these is great. I also enjoy Streaming Amazon music for great output on the bass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed with them. They have great active noise cancellation (ANC) that blocks out most background noise, and they're comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The sound quality is also good, with clear vocals and good bass response. I especially like the fact that the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro have a vent system that helps to prevent earwax buildup. This is something that I've had a problem with with other earbuds, so it's great to see that Samsung has addressed this issue. Overall, I'm really happy with the Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. They're a great pair of wireless earbuds that offer a good balance of features, performance, and price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use one earphone at time to listen to podcast, youtube videos or just audio, and music. The quality of the sound is great. It says it only has 8 hrs of battery but it seems like way longer. The charging case is nice, barely notice it in your pocket. Charges magnetically and with a USB-C. Theres alot of functionally on the Wear app for them. Almost overall a great product! My only problem with them, and it just might be me, is i cant keep them in my ear. They just fall out after a while. They dont come with a variety of the ends to fit everyones ears and youll have to do alot of searching to find ones that are perfect for you. Also if they arent sitting in the right spot ( as like i said the do fall out of my ear) they dont detect they are in your ear and pause whatever your watching or listening to over and over again. If that problem was fixed would give these ear phones 5 stars easy, but since i had to do legwork, and im still looking, for the perfect end for my ear Im giving them 4 stars.

The clarity is what really gets me every time I power them on. I would buy these 10 times out of 10 and recommend them just as equally. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it is not secret that the earbuds market is focused on price, mobility, music quality, call quality, and added features (such as ANC). I believe that the buds2 pro delivered mostly on all of the above. While I can never say it's thr best in each of the categories (I have SONYs, Jabra, and Sennheiser) it's one where it achieves a decent enough grade in all aspects so I feel compelled to bring it with me everywhere I go.

What more can you ask for in an expense pair of wireless ear buds. Electrical interference - check! Poor fit - check! Exposing a nickel alergy you never knew you had - check! I was excited when I found out I could trade in my original buds and get the new Buds2 Pro. Out of the box the sound quality improvement and noise cancellation was great. I was happy whilst sitting at my desk. The old buds had an electrical interference issue at very repetitive geographical locations. I've tried multiple Samsung phones and a competitors. I even thought my Samasun watch was the culprit. All things ruled out it turned out to be the buds. The Buds2 Pro did not fix this issue. Normally this would not be a big issue except that the one location is my fron yard which I spend a lot of time in. I have worn my on-ear wireless headphones multiple times in my front yard with zero issues. The Buds2 Pro have a less than desireable fit. No adjustable wings. The 3 sizes of "tip adapters" are fine but still not enough to keep them in my ears. the first time I had to shuffle across an intersection quickly I bud popped out of my ear a nearly wound up in a sewer. The worst issue of all however, making these a paperweight for me, is a nickle sensitivity that I never knew I had. For the first couple of months I had no issues. After a while my ears started to become painful, full of fluid, irritated, flaky skin, etc... I gave the buds a break because my ears were so messed up I couldn't wear them. After my ears healed enough I tried the Buds2 Pro again and things went south but I still had not clue it was from the Buds2 Pro. After letting my ears heal for 5 weeks I tried them again - 15 minutes and the ear pain came back. I stopped using them immediately and by that night my ears were extremely irritated with fluid build up and skin flaking.

There is good sound and the controls that I am used to (in the buds +) are virtually the same. The materials feel better and the ANC is great. Definitely recommend this product even though the Buds 3 and 3 pro just came out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my earbuds on a daily basis for listening to music, making calls, listening to podcasts, and use the active noise cancelling when I need to shut out the world and think. They really should be 5 ⭐, and ina perfect world would be. The only complaint I have is that I have had to replace them 6 times now. One of the buds always stops working within 6 months. Every time. Beyond fail. It's so unfortunate that there's a hardware issue. The sound that I get when both buds are working is incredible. I have tried at least 10 other makers and no one can come close to Samsung for the quality of sound.
