I love the feature where you can switch between earbuds. Because I can't have both in at the same time. The sound quality is excellent and the battery's last for days with me, even using on the stream music all day. Also, using when I'm playing my video game on my cellphone. And the sound quality is great. Sometimes it makes me feel like I'm in the game. They pair very easily with my Galaxy, love them.

The sound clarity and ease of use along side supported apps makes this my go to earbuds with my Fold5. EQs are easily accessible and adjustable on the fly, the touch function on the earbuds work flawlessly, and the 360 spacial feature is one of my favorite thing to experience. With Samsung Galaxy AI, the earbuds paired with my Fold5 can translate the conversation on the fly as well as translating conversation to English for me to understand on the go. It feels good to be able to experience such a feature that you could only think of in Sci Fi movie and I am looking forward to see what else Samsung plans for the future!

I wear them quite often and don't normally have any problems with them but lately I've had some trouble with them staying in my ears. I don't know if I'm just not putting them in properly at times or what but they do seem to work themselves out/loose. But overall no problems.

Music is clear and I can the various parts of a song. Bass hits when it is needed. Active noise canceling leaves me at peace when I use it. Battery life is amazing. Even when it gets low the recharge rate of the case is quick and I don't have to wait long to continue using them. I have never had them completely run out of battery. Call quality is great. I never get complaints on how I sound when in calls. Touch controls help me navigate the buds without taking out my phone. Haven't had an issue since I got them almost a year ago. Definitely a great pair buds.

I do video conferences with my E Learners while in class with live students. These allow me the freedom to insert audio comments on student lessons and the privacy needed when talking to parents. Use these with Google meet. Outside of the work day I listo music. These are clear with excellent acoustics. I use them for hands free wireless cell phone calls. It is fantastically clear. I have very small ear holes and these fit perfectly. Most others constantly fall out. They are almost invisible which allows me to do many things without being noticed.

They are so comfortable that I have even fallen asleep in them and I wake up with no pain in my ear. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Good - Love the matte finish. Ergonomic piece design to comfortably and securely fits in your ear. The Great - Sound quality is superb. Battery life is long as well. The Bad - Microphone is terrible. Great at first at first but my girlfriend keeps hearing my voice keeps cutting off. I believe I have a fault Bluetooth piece. The sound cuts off too. Did a hard reset, used different blue devices and the in and out cut offs is unique to my Bluetooth device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned every Galaxy Bud so far, and tbh found previous ones lacking behind some competitors. Thanks to the new upgrades on the Wearables app that controls the Galaxy Buds Pro2, plus the upgrades on device itself, I can say is no longer the case. The many options to customize sound output to your preference, the ability to chose which smart assistant you will trigger and exactly what taps and motions do (instead of all being pre-determined) are all great enhancements. The biggest positive hear is off course sound quality and fidelity, the reason why most buy such accessories! Calls sound even clearer than using phone, and while when using previous ones people would ask me if I was using something due to audio quality. The microphones in this one and the 360 spatial audio made a difference, never get asked again. As a bonus, the noise canceling is better, but the ability to control ambient sounds is EVEN better now. One could make a strong case that for people with small hearing impairment these are actually almost like using a hearing aid without anyone noticing ! The option to enhance ambient sounds is what sold it to my best friend who was always hard or hearing but didn't want people to know.
