[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my old buds pro, but these ones blew them out of the water! These stay in my ears better and they're lightweight. I have sensitive ears and could always feel the old model. It would start to hurt after 30-45 minutes. I barely feel these at all. The sound quality and noise cancelling are great. I love that I can turn it from ambient noise to noise cancelling with just a touch. I've never had any issues with phone calls. Everyone can hear me perfectly on a call.

I love the updates and new AI technology like live translation. Super easy to travel with and best day to day headphones. I wish I had more ear tips options but I really love them otherwise

Wether I'm at the gym, at work, or just walking in town, they set a new standard for headphones. The sound quality is some of the best I've ever had in a pair of earbuds. There is no sound delay from the moment you put them in your ears or from when you press play on your phone. The Galaxy AI adds the extra touch to make them the best headphones on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Buds2 Pro for a couple months now, and they have never failed me in sound quality, battery life or the ease to connect them to my other devices. I love the material the buds and case is made with; smooth but has grip. My only issue is with finding the buds if misplaced. If the case is closed, then you won't be able to find its location at the moment. It saves the location the case was last open. I guess that's helpful in someway but it would be better if the case and buds could be found without opening the case. Because I wouldn't be searching for it if I had it. Overall, an amazing product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy buds2 Pro. The sound is amazing and these fit my ears without constantly falling out. I can wear these most of the day without them hurting my ears either. I use them when I'm gaming on my phone or taking calls on my phone and there's no lag in audio when I'm gaming. I have not had anyone have any complaints either about me sounding low or in a tunnel when talking through the buds either. Music sounds great on them as well. I would prefer the bass to be a little deeper but in the end I would choose the earbuds again and again. Great design and touch features for volume control and answering calls is always a nice touch.

The sound quality is great and they fit so well in my ear! Love the wireless charging option too! I still accidentally pause the music when moving my hair away from my ears. Aside from that they are great!

I am impressed with the sound quality and the 5 to 6 hours of listening before I have to charge again. But I am most impressed with the design. The molded fit in my ear hold tight with so much comfort I forget their in. The ability for it to pick up when someone is speaking to me and lowering the volume when I speak is next generation technology.

Just like my galaxy watch, another feature I often use is find my device. I love that I can use the app on my phone to find where I last placed these. The only reason I knocked off one star was due to how they fit in my ear, straight out of the box. Which, I will say upfront that I have abnormally small ears/ear canals.... Like every time I go to the Dr, they seem a bit perplexed how they are going to see anything in my ear! I'm used to the original galaxy buds. I really liked having the wings on those, so I'm going to look to see if I can get some wings to add to these. Loving the sound quality and battery life!

Battery life is amazing and I can listen to music while I'm working and not have to worry about having to charge them multiple times a shift. It's great using the ambient sound so I can hear what's going on around me and the Galaxy AI works great knowing when to turn it off from loud noises.
