[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a user of Bud2 with iOS, but I have had little complaint b/c easy come out from the ears, sound was little rough, not fully compatible with iOS. Most of the problem they have updated to Buds2 Pro, I am still using iOS but you have an access with PC when you need an update or fine tuning. Most impressive was they improved sound quality better even noise cancelling and fitting to my ears (You have to turn little when you wear the Buds 2 pro. This is how SAMSUNG design)

However, despite love at first sight, it was quite shortlived as the headphones quickly started to fail. Loss of sound, the fit never being quite right, the noise canceling breaking almost immediately. Very soon after the honeymoon phase it became apparent that the ear buds had a long way to go. Yet without purchasing the warranty I am left stuck with the lackluster performance but perfect compatibility with my other Samsung devices.

However, the Buds 2 Pro exceeded my expectations and surpass the Sony's in my opinion. On top of that, they are so small and fit my ears so well, unlike previous buds I've had that continually fell out. The added features of head tracking and voice detection are also cool, since I wear these all day long at work in the office. Phone call quality is incredible and sound quality is phenomenal. And the price is not bad either. I would buy another pair in a heartbeat!

They durable and resilient, having survived multiple experiences with life. The sound profile is clean and well balanced, with bass heavy enough to accentuate rock, pop, and some light synthwave. It never blows out the vocals or accompanying instruments. I typically use them for video streaming services, and the vocal clarity is phenomenal, without losing out on the sound effects or music. The noise canceling works extremely well, to the point that even at low volumes it can be difficult to hold conversations. Overall, these are excellent product for any price, and is money well spent for something durable.

ANC and the noise passthrough modes work great; battery life, even on a years old pair, is still impressive and adequate, especially with a charged case. The noise sounds tinny when ANC or passthrough is off. But otherwise sound quality is good. Some raise concerns with how easily the case gets scratched, but I really have never cared about that. Oh yeah, the initial ear tips kept falling out for me. Had to put on some aftermarket silicone tips.
