[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these on the train to block out excessive noise and the are great but it was a bit of trial and error to find out which of the tips work best for my ear and they still get lose sometimes. Other than that they are fantastic! I love how I can mute an entire train or bus and focus on my breathing like I'm alone on the couch!

The buds themselves are extremely comfortable, and my ears never hurt or get tired from having them in for long listening sessions. the touch controls are easy to understand and work well, which another plus to an already great device. Overall, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro are the best sound I've ever heard from any type of earbuds ever, with incredible sound quality and an amazingly comfortable fit.

I bought these a month ago and just missed the deadline for returning them. The sound is good but that's overshadowed by the poor fit and poor battery life. I liked my other pair. It's a wonder I haven't lost them; they constantly fall out of my ears.

The quality of sound is great with both phone calls as well as music. They charge fast and have a long battery life. It was a great purchase for me as I use them for work and working out. They fit snug in my ear and stay there with motion. I love them and definitely recommend them to anyone.

i wasn't a fan of the first galaxy buds pro. they were fine, but never stayed in my ears. they also stuck out of my ears and were generally uncomfortable. i ended up returning my pair because of the fit and comfort issues. these are a drastic improvement. everything from the fit, anc, and sound quality are an upgrade. i'm not experiencing ear fatigue, the sound quality is great and comparable to more expensive earbuds, and the build quality is solid. anc cancels out most things and, with content playing, i haven't really heard anything including a vacuum right outside of my office door. a great upgrade, get a pair. samsung's trade-in incentives are hard to beat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The constant quality that Samsung has had with earbuds has amazed me. For me, they're the dependable big brand in this aspect. The sound is most important for me, and with these you have a rich balance of treble and mids. The bass is in a perfect place where it's not overwhelming and it is still very present in heavy 808s songs. The sound preset on the pair is great as is and I didn't feel the need to toggle it or even play with the sound features through the companion app (Wearables). I was surprised with the feel and material they come with, it makes it easier to grasp. Compared to my last pair, this is a huge plus since I had fair drop occasions due to the slick plastic they were cased in. ANC? I hardly use it since I do feel weary of my surroundings but the few times I have needed it, it was amazing. I love these buds and I see myself using them until they stop supporting them
