Not a good fit.

These only come with 1 set of earbud tips, no size options for if you have smaller or bigger ear canals. These will easily fall out of my ears if I'm working out/running or even if I'm eating.

They would have been in a small box inside the packaging. If this is not the case for you, we have provided a link to the Samsung Support Team for further assistance. Great all around but connection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones are great. Sounds amazing and very reactive to touch. Only problem I have is that they will not be remembered on my phone so I have to reconnect everytime I want to use them.

Wish I didn't buy it

They sound decent and the features are nice, but overall they fall far short of similar priced buds. These are very Samsung gimmicky like buds and if I I wouldn't rebuy these.

The Buds have good sound but feel uncomfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds themselves have great sound quality personally, but the buds grow painful after an hour within the ear and often fall out. I'm not sure if it's just my ear shape but they often fall out.

Durable and easy to use and a lot of quality

Great Device BudsPro2

Sound & Fit the Best.

My Galaxy buds 2pro fit the best out of several earbuds I've tried. The fit is important, that's what makes them sound the best. Others fit but when you move or eat the sound changes all the time.

Excellent ANC , best in it's class
