Update: I'm reading and I see that Samsung claims to have interchangeable buds, at the same time customers say they don't have it, mine don't have it either so it makes me think that there is a very bad quality control of Samsung or they are selling used headphones.. what a shame, I also forgot to mention that the box is difficult to open especially at night (all its sides are the same) you have to keep turning it and trying until you open it, the same thing happens to charge wireless in the dark you can't tell if it's up or down Bottom line, this really is one of Samsung's worst products. keep your old headphones, don't waste your money and be happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ups - Easy connections to my Samsung phone and tablet. I can switch between them smoothly and connection is fast and the devices don't forget them. I have a work iPhone that they work with well enough. Downs - These fall out of my ears too often, rain will activate touch function, the mike stopped working before one year, and the charge port of the case clogs to easily when stored in pockets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the gear icon x, buds +, buds live, buds 2, and now the buds 2 pro It's a clear improvement from the previous generations and it fits well even without fins like the buds + Active noise cancelling works really well and so does ambient sound It's nice that Samsung kept the same case design/size so I can use the same 3rd party covers I had for the buds live/ buds 2

Second buds pro I picked up, the case charges briefly but haven't confirmed if it'll do a full charge from 0. Many complaints on forums about the charging case not wireless charging. Other than that the buds itself is fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the buds pro it does over a lot of good features such as the ambient sound option and voice detect. However I can't give it a 5 because the voice detect does get very inconvenient when you are someone who likes to sing along to songs and all of a sudden your noise canceling jam session turns into an awkwardly aware of how the world hears your concert ambient sound karaoke. Also I own the buds FE and I feel like those have a much more dynamic low end as far as bass in songs than these pros do. Solid headphone but with the FE buds being over half the price I'm going to say they are a MUCH better value

The only thing I don't like is the touch commands every time I keep touching the wrong place and it won't do what I want it to do. But I guess that a user error there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are probably the best earbuds around because of the wonderful balance between clear mids and highs and a powerful base all packed into a small design. I've often found that these earbuds will last about 8 hours of non-stop music and with a quick 10 minutes in the charging case you're good to go for another hour or two. I've often found that my earbuds can go a few days without needing to be charged. The combination of all the features the audio quality and the and the overall polish that Samsung has put on these I would say these are some of the best earbuds on the market.

I am absolutely amazed at the quality of the sound and even the bass they put out for the size and what they are, I was very skeptical about them coming from a Bose Headset but am Sold and very impressed. The only con so far is they don't get as loud as I would like them, don't get me wrong they do get loud, but some songs I enjoy BLOWING OUT MY EAR DRUMS. And I wish they had better battery life. But it is what it is, and over all I would definitely recommend Them to anyone looking for great sound quality ear buds.

I had the 1 gen pro buds and I can tell you I notice a difference. 1) the ambient sound is way clearer and doesn't make the white noise sound like the the 1st pros. When using the ambient mode on the pros 2 it's like you don't even have them on. I love that 2) noise cancel is very good. It's insane how much noise is blocked out. I'm very pleased with my purchase and can't wait to see what samsung does next!
