I was so excited about this purchase because of the last pair of Galaxy Buds I had for over two years; the sound was great, the fit was great, and everything else. When I got this pair, I put them in; they didn't fit right, so I read and watched the video of how to put them in and even changed the earpiece from smallest to largest, and they continued to fall out, no matter how I twist-turn them. The sound is off, and it seems that people can't hear me when I talk, and I'm constantly repeating myself. I wish I could return these and get the pair I exchanged back

I had the base Galaxy Buds2 for years beforehand and they'd always been decent at best but when I finally upgraded, it was like a whole other world. The sound quality is fantastic and the ANC features are the best I've experienced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Buds2 Pro daily and have since I got them nearly 3 years ago. I absolutely love them. The audio quality is awesome while I'm working around the house or at work, taking calls is a snap and everyone can hear me clearly. I even use them when I'm working with power tools and loud machinery. The noise cancelation is fantastic! I will frequently only use one bud at a time when listening to a podcast or audio book, which will extend the battery time even further, I can go 2 days easily without having to recharge the case if I'm just listening with the one bud. I loved these so much I bought my son and my girlfriend a pair as well, and they're both Apple people. They said the audio quality was actually better than their air pods and switched! The only real issue I have with them is the ear tips do get a bit flimsy and need replacing, which is to be expected given how often I use them, but I've had them come off IN my ear which can be a bit concerning. I've paired mine with my desktop computer, my S20+, kindle fire, MacBook Pro, even my old iPad, never an issue. 11/10 would recommend!

The noise canceling feature is amazing and really lets me hear whatever it is I'm listening to in busy places or a noisy environment. The touch feature is great especially when I can't reach my phone and I'm able to adjust the volume with a touch or 2 as well. They also fit pretty great in my ears, and it is hard to find earbuds that fit well, so these are a true gift.

The noise canceling feature totally makes it the winner above and beyond all others, hands down. And the design makes it a comfortable it no it's for 30 minutes while in the kitchen, or 4 hours doing the yard work.

Answering/ending a call...a breeze! The voice detection with ambient sound.....phenomenal! (except when I want to sing along to my songs lol) Love ALL my galaxy products, strongly recommend! My only gripe would be the silicone tips but easily replaceable with memory foam ones. Not even worth losing a star over ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds replaced my Samsung Buds Pro, which they are lighter causing less pain. However, the buds battery doesn't last as long as I would like. The sound quality is pretty clear, so much so that I hear the background of my callers a lot. I doubt this is something that they can fix, but when wearing both I feel like I get swimmers ear. Stuffy and pressure from the noise canceling feature.
