Ive had 2 pairs of buds, the Buds+ and the older buds pro and I have always loved them. The previous buds are one of my favorites and I still use them when im out and about compared to my Soundcore Liberty 3 pros. The sound quality is amazing but now mind blowing. I would not call these audiophile quality buds. The fit is decent and mostly stays in my ears with minor adjustment. My biggest gripe with these is the soft touch plastic on both the buds and the case. Samsung, what the heck were you thinking? I work a very active job and move, pick up things etc. Which means I sweat a lot which the buds internals are totally fine. but the soft touch plastic is now returning to the oil from which it came from. they are now sticky, and all around yucky. TLDR, best all around buds especially in the ecosystem, never ever use soft touch plastic with buds again.

Update: I'm reading and I see that Samsung claims to have interchangeable buds, at the same time customers say they don't have it, mine don't have it either so it makes me think that there is a very bad quality control of Samsung or they are selling used headphones.. what a shame, I also forgot to mention that the box is difficult to open especially at night (all its sides are the same) you have to keep turning it and trying until you open it, the same thing happens to charge wireless in the dark you can't tell if it's up or down Bottom line, this really is one of Samsung's worst products. keep your old headphones, don't waste your money and be happy

Using it with samsung s24 ultra, connectivity is smooth and similar to airpods pro, even the speakers and voice reduction and ambient feature is comparable to airpods pro. I really like the mic, since I speak softly, and I used to struggle with airpods 2, even tried airpods 2 briefly. I use it with dictation software, dictating my patient notes in the EMR, it does struggle with catching the voice when ambient sound is on, but with voice canceling it is more accurate, but I still feel there is room for improvement. The battery is amazing, easily last up to 2 days with full use. Loving the s24/buds2pro combo

I personally find the noise cancelation to be phenominal and the buds pro 2 are extremly cofterable in my ears - Love them!

The sound quality is amazing and the in-ear fit is also great, it never gets uncomfortable to have them in my ears. I've recommended them to many of my friends and none of them were disappointed with the product quality both regarding usage and comfort.
