[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used for for work and listening to music, great for the ANC as I work in warehouses and a dealership so always have a ton of loud noises around me. The audio quality is crisp, the 360° audio is always good. Worked really well for calls in those loud environments, everyone was still able to hear me clearly and it barely picked up the background noise. Probably the best feature on them is how well the find my device works for them. I'm forgetful and left them laying around a lot but this feature helped me keep track of them and find them all the time

Love the upgrade, definitely way better ANC and some of the new features are definitely interesting and fun to play with. When you have the voice detection it almost works to well lol. I dunno about you but I talk to myself a bit and even if I like mutter something under my breath it picks it up and turns my volume all the way down. So I almost can't even use that feature half the time. The right bud gets pushed out of my ear a bit while eating or when my jaw muscle flexs, but that might just be a me problem lol. They're still quite secure,and I love the matte finish. Overall I got a discount for pre-ordering and a discount through my work place so it was for sure a decent deal and a worthwhile upgrade for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these every single day and it took me a month to order because of a system error. Finally, after some good use I'm loving the new buds 2 pro. They have the latest updates and surround and 3d sound Worth the price, especially if you have points you need to use up before the expiration date . It did not come with any ear sizing pieces. Kind of a downer.

Repost as last review was moderated for unspecific reasons. Find my feature only works when the case is open. Why? In ear detection is faulty and disables transparency and noise canceling. I was so excited for these but lost them 3 times already and can't use features when I'm running. Noise canceling, ambient mode, and 'find my' features are why I paid a premium for these but in my experience none of these features work as expected. I would have been better off just getting some basic cheap bluetooth earbuds. I've been a samsung fanboy for over a decade but this experience has me rethinking the quality of their products outside of phones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mic, sounds, and battery are all top notch. I use these buds all the time and i dont really sense the battery going bad with them. Mic quality is good which is important to me. Also sound quality is impressive overall. I also find the controls to be straight forward. I like the size of the case for the buds. I think the product is fairly durable too. I have been testing some of the Galaxy AI features with this with the samsung s24 ultra. Im definitely a fan of the translation feature when using these buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Buds Pro 2 so much I ordered another pair for work. They fit my ears perfectly and the noise cancelling is really good. Battery life is pretty good but not great. I really like the Buds controller in the wearable app on my Galaxy phone. It lets me customize my settings quickly and easily. Call quality is great when using them for phone calls and the mic always picks up what I'm saying. Especially when using the "Galaxy AI" features on my phone. Overall, a great pair of earbuds and I would highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used these several times so far, and I have a background in music production and enjoy sports. -I haven't had a chance to run with these yet, but when I shook my head to try to dislodge the buds, they stayed in. -The bass is strong and the buds have a good sound stage for hearing different instruments -The buds feel comfortable in my ears, but when I try to adjust them I often end up clicking the pause music button or turning off noise canceling (not a huge issue)

Great bass, super comfortable, amazing noise canceling and best.. The long battery life. The case itself is durable (judging by the amount of times I've dropped it.. 🫣) and lasts several days with out recharging. Can't really ask for anything better! They also easily pair to multiple devices so I can go from gaming on my computer to watching to YouTube on my Galaxybook and back to streaming music on my phone. If you're hesitant to buy these, don't be! Worth every penny.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are a solid pair of earbuds with great sound quality and features, and I use them for everything, and I work and home. While they deliver excellent audio, unfortunately, I find that they don't sit securely in my ears and tend to fall out easily.
