The touch sensitivity where it goes from noise canceling to regular was super great feature but was too sensitive. Even if I laid on my back it would go in and out .Sound quality great! For calls other people really couldn't hear you most of the time. Tracking them was easy. Updating them was easy. Connecting from Bluetooth was not hard at all

They are clear and easy to work with. I could have them on for hours and won't hurt my ears. I will never go back to iPods again I am sticking with Samsung buds pro 2.

The Galaxy Buds are very useful and can be use in any weather condition. For example, I use my Buds when it's raining, when I'm hiking, and even at my construction site. These Buds are not only powerful but they are very resistant. Whenever they get dirty from work, I go home and clean them off with a wipe and theyre looking brand new.

While I'm at work I have a single Buds2 Pro in and on ambient sound it helps me hear the guest better in the busy lobby. Voice detect is a very useful feature because if I'm listen to music and someone is talking near me it turns down my music and I can hear what the employee or customer is asking. Overall Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are so far the best ear buds I've ever owned.

Then as I experience my stylus pen it just made the phone even better. When I had my iPhone and then switch to Samsung I immediately knew I would never go back to using iPhone ever again. The buds do not fall out of my ear which is something I struggle with when it comes to ear buds. These have great spuld quality and others can hear me clearly on the other end.

The market is filled with great noise-canceling earbuds made by competitors. Samsung needs to prioritize their audio wear products like they do for their phones and TVs. Galaxy AI is neat, but not an essential.
