[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is amazing. Eartips are not very great, left ear bud feels loose but stays in ear. Right earbud stays perfectly but starts to hurt a little. Battery not too bad but could be better.

Battery is amazing the ambient sound mode is great for listening but also being alert of your surroundings. If you're a frequent flyer sound cancelation is more than superb in keeping clear of undesirable noises. Back to the sound I'm completely satisfied in volume of sound and range of audio from highs mids and lows high quality audio played through these will kill!

At work the sound that comes though is crystal clear especially with the noise canceling feature For home I se it with my phone and tablet also by samsung and love the clear sound that comes through as though you were in a concert especially love playing music on you tube and perfect with my phone when calls come through they are so fast in pairing and connecting its fantastic

I bought these Galaxy Bud Pro 2, to upgrade from my Galaxy Buds+. To be honest, I find myself picking up my old Buds+ allot more often to use, bc I get better battery life out of them. It seems that the new Buds Pro 2s battery runs out quicker than my older ones. And sometimes when moving my head, I can hear static, like if there's a wire loose somewhere😆 Let's just say, I'm not too happy about my purchase🙄 but still rocking my old & trusted Galaxy Buds+ all night long🎶🎶Yeah‼️

I've had my fair pair of earbuds throughout the years and i can easily say these are one of the best tuned wireless earbuds out there. It is basically a perfect Harman target and for me, that the ideal. They also integrate well into the Samsung Ecosystem, being able to switch between devices seemingly. The Noise Cancellation is no slouch either, though one nitpick would be to make the Ambient mode more "life like" and less like I'm listening to myself through a microphone. Battery Life is good as well, and can go around a week without even charging the case. Comfort is also on point for my ears , so overall I can say that the Team behind these earbuds have knocked it out of the part. 9.8/10 , would recommend!

Now for the dislike, there's times when I'm listening to music and I hear statics so I have to put them back on for it to stop making a weird noise. Now the range for these buds isn't so long as I hoped but it's still and amazing earbuds.

Once the day is over, the noise canceling absolutely leaves perfect clarity in the car talking with the family.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my Buds2 Pro. They're pretty comfortable to wear, even with my rook piercing, and they sound pretty good. But honestly, I don't see them as being much better than my Buds Pro. Actually, one of my favorite features of the Buds Pro, which was the ability to use Ambient Noise when only using one bud, was removed. This feature was super helpful at work, because I can't have more than one in, and having Ambient noise turned on allowed me to still hear what was going on around me. Unfortunately, that alone drops it 2 stars for me. Other than that, I like them.

My only critique is that when I upgraded from the buds 2, to the 2 pro, I noticed that I couldn't wear them in my ears as long. I have tried to use the other attachments with little to no success. The buds 2 pro feel heavier and don't fit feel as comfortable as the buds 2. This only matters if you're wearing them for long period of time like I do. From my morning commute, to gentle music in class, then sound active sound canceling at the gym, the battery will last from morning to night with adjustable bass, treble, and everything in between.
