The tap functions for pausing and skipping songs or book chapters makes it easy. The buds also work very well with the Samsung Wear app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buds 2 pro have outstanding sound, and I do love the lighter design change from the first gen. While the aesthetics and crisp sound are fantastic, it falls slightly short for me in just a few small ways: 1. Fit: They do tend to slip out when working out, namely with cardio. I'd love to see the wing tip design of the FE make it to the next generation of pro models. 2. Ecosystem: Id love for these to do more seamless changing between other Galaxy devices. Outside these two items, I highly recommend them to any audiophile using an Android phone or Samsung Galaxy product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the pro 2 buds for use with workouts. For the amount I paid for I would expect better durability from these buds. The sound quality is great and the seamless pairing is convenient as well. I was turned off that less than a year in I had to replace one of the buds because it stopped working and it wasn't easy at all and took a little a month to complete. Now that same bud is losing sound quality and I'm left scratching my head wondering if this was a smart buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved these as a gift. Packaging was great as always. When I saw the case it was not too small and not too big. After opening the case, I thought the buds were a bit bulky for my liking and thought maybe they wouldn't fit. Well I am happy to say I was completely wrong. The buds fit perfectly in my ear. The sound was AMAZING! When I used the buds to make a phone call the sound was crisp and even while walking with a ton of traffic, the other person was able to hear me loud and clear and I didn't feel as though I had to raise my voice like one normally would do when speaking to someone via Bluetooth. Almost forgot. The set up was so simple that a five year old could do it. Loved everything about my BUDS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the sound quality of these buds. I use them mainly for listening to music and phone calls, and they work very well for both! The noise cancelling is great for noisy environments. With the official "wear" app on my Samsung phone, I am also able to turn on bass boost through the equalizer, and enable "labs" settings that let me double tap the earbud to change volume up and down. There are other useful features as well to adjust through the app. I only took one stsr off because of the case. I have the purple buds, and it has a soft, velvety rubber coating on the plastic case that scratched very easily. I have accidentally gouged it with my fingernail. Currently I have a secondary case over the top of the charging case to protect it from further damage. It is just an aesthetic issue, and doesn't in any way change functionality of the earbuds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my ear buds pro for work, I work as an engineer and they noise canceling is such a nice feature it does need a tweak up to pick up voices since it's crucial for me to hear people around me so I work in a hazardous and treachous job. Works great after my drive home for me to stay awake since I can hear my podcast loud and clear on the freeway!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The audio from these bad boys is incredible. I went from the Airpods Pro to these Buds2 Pro, and WOW. They truly do provide an ethereal experience of sound. Great clarity, as if I am hearing the music play a private performance. So far, my only issues with the device are the features. For example, you control the device by just tapping/pressing the device itself. This becomes an issue as you wear it. As the buds sit in my ear, they gradually slip out a little bit. I have tried using the different sizes, but they do still move in my ears. However, whenever I go to push them back in to provide the proper fit, it triggers the button sensors and will pause my music or end my phone call. It becomes frustrsting when I am on a call and cannot adjust my buds into my ear without setting them off. A cool feature is that the buds can detect when you are speaking and lower the volume so you can hear conversation. This is great. However it does this even when you make simple noise like clearing your throat. Perhaps it is to be expected, but I was also disappointed that it does the same when you sing. Other than that, it's fine. Again, the audio is superb and out-of-this-world. It is just that the features are a little hit-or-miss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these to fill a gap in my headphone lineup, and I am pretty happy with the purchase. For one, they are simple to pair, and because I paired them to my S23 Ultra, they showed up as soon as the case flipped open. This is a valuable thing for many people. Not everyone has the skills or knowledge to use multipoint or multiple devices on Bluetooth. The buds have several cool features available in the app. They have head tracking, 360-degree sound, and more. The newer buds use Samsung Galaxy AI to help perform cool things like simple translation if someone speaks to you - it will read out loud to you, so you don't even have to type it up or hand phones back and forth. If you like Galaxy AI then wait for the arrival of the buds gen 3. Overall I think these are worth the price. The only thing I disliked is that only silicone tips come installed with other sizes in the box. Over time, silicone tips make me itch and they irritate my ear canal. I have to stop using them after 90-120 minutes, but that's OK; I can put tips that I like on these. (note my tips work and sound superior (foam), but the pogo pins don't make contact by about 1mm and won't charge so they have to go back off and placed in their own case while the buds recharge.
