After about 6 months the sound in the right earbud became quiet. It was upsetting but the left one works perfectly fine so I still use it. I love the touch features for pausing and volume control. I like having them in just to drown out some noise. The active noise canceling could be better but good enough for what I use them for. The fit nice and the app helps you see if you should change e the earth. I really like the earbuds just wished the right one worked better.

The audio quality is amazing and the noise cancelling works well compared other true wireless earbuds I have owned. My only complaint is that the touch controls are easy to accidentally trigger when making fast motions or laying down and also sometimes won't register the touches properly and will perform the wrong action (for example pausing a song instead of skipping it). Overall my use of the earbuds has been pleasant and as touch controls weren't a key feature I planned on using the purchase was definitely worth it for me.

The sound quality is impeccable 5/5, the ANC needs a little work but on it's a solid 4/5 and call wise with the microphones are great 4/5. I love it to death and may hang on to these for as long as they hold out. The black version is great! Definitely very stealth.

Awesome on airplane for noise cancelling, and never loosen during extended workouts. I highly recommend the upgrade (the trade-in program helps with the decision of course).

They don't stay in my ear when running which is a con So I usually use them for leisure purposes only, walking, lounging etc. These also have AI capabilities.

For the most part it's super comfortable though inserting it is tricky. You really need to rely on the fit test software to know if it's fit properly. Overall it's a huge upgrade over my Sony buds.
