I love the ambient mode, I never got that from my old buds. The sound and bass quality when I'm listening to music is sooooo good. It makes school a little bit more enjoyable. I already recommend my friend to get this and she did and even she likes it as much as I do. 10/10 product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds2 Pro have been the best earbuds I've ever had. I've had them for about 2 years and have had zero issues. I use them everywhere. At home, work, while driving, at the gym, our shopping. They fit in your ear perfectly with a snug fit. They charge very fast and hold their charge quite a while. I would definitely buy them again. The Galaxy AI is easy and very convenient to use. I use it to respond to texts mainly and it gets my message across easily. In fact, I'm using it now 😉

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work 2 jobs, and if you have to deal with loud environments constantly, these are ideal. I can seamlessly switch between active noise canceling and allowing ambient sound, no pausing needed to continue conversations. Of which I was also pleasantly surprised by the translation abilities. One of the tradesman at my job can only speak Spanish, very little English, while I'm the same way reversed. The water heater broke and we were the only ones with experience in it, but couldn't properly communicate what we were both seeing. I decided to try out the Galaxy AI active translation and it got us far enough to temporarily fix water heater, just enough to finish laundry! Made me feel very futuristic.

I had to take one star because the size of these is ultimately too big for my ears. The smallest ear pieces that come with it are still too big and I have to keep pushing them back in every ten minutes, which causes my fingers to accidentally press controls and stop/skip songs etc which has been pretty annoying. I wish they came with an even smaller set of ear pieces, that would let me give 5 stars. Otherwise great sound quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds are good out the box. The base is crazy and the clarity is Insane. I literally traded in my sony MX4 for these and I don't regret it. Reason being is becaue I'm tired of hold those headphone around all the time. It was getting annoying. So I brought the buds and it had everything that the MX4 had but more sleek and simple.

Although for some reason my ears like to get all slimy while they're in my ears they stay in very well. The sound on these bad boys are great and for how long the battery life is and how fast they charge in their case I love them. Noise canceling is also very good and not recommended but I can use them at the shooting range. For labor that keeps your head looking down a lot the neck stretch feature helps me know when it's a good time to stretch my neck. Now the head turn feature is something I don't use since I move my head left to right a lot while I wear them so it's more for if you watching something. Overall love these.

I like the option while you're hearing music and you want to answer somebody the headphones know that you talk and volume goes down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds for phone calls, music, and zoom/teams meetings and I love them!! They work great! The sound quality is wonderful. My only complaint is that they pickup a lot of background noise in a loud room or office when on a phone call hence the 4 stars instead of 5. But overall I'm very happy with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually upgrade every year with Samsung always giving us new features or finessing the current ones. I loved my Galaxy buds pro. Wearing them too long caused my ears irritation however. Well here we are with the Galaxy buds 2pro and these ones are lighter and fit better. Not fond of losing some battery for the ANC but it's a trade if because the ANC is amazing.
