There is something about these that make them not stay in a well as the other version. I've tried all the different sizes ends, squishy ones, non squishy, nothing works. The sounds is great. Love the nose canceling and ambient features.

I have tried all the ear plugs and not one of them fits my ears. They fall out with the slightest movement. It would also be cool if Galaxy AI was introduced to the buds. I feel like it wouldn't require a whole lot of changes.

I've used many different buds, from, Jabra to jaybirds to bose and sony. These are by far the best well rounded earbuds. HIFI audio, top of the line comfort and the best thing is that they actually STAY in your ear. If I were to lose them today I would order the same ones tomorrow.

The charging case is NOT water resistant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds almost more than 16 hours a day. I use them to listen to music and watch videos. The sound quality is amazing. But it does have some drawbacks. The buds are cracking easier than the older model. When I lay my head onto my arms and the buds are encased between my flesh the Bluetooth is disconnected like it has a bad connection.

The buds fit well, have a test option in the app to ensure a good fit and come with different ear rubbers. The sound is fabulous and I use them when listening to concerts. Very good product.

Majority of the time when I'm at work on break, I catch myself a good movie to stream wish makes my flix more enjoyable. My calls and hands free are a bliss with the ambient sound feature. The downside of these buds is the design and fit. They don't stay in your ear canal, the ear plugs aren't big enough so they don't fit snug. If your chewing gum or eating sometimes in mid conversation they tend to slide out and I'm always have to prepare to catch them, or sometimes my hands are full and I can't react in time. If there was a larger plugs it could help.

They are easy to connect to Samsung devices and. Are easy to manage the battery life is OK? And I like how you can charge on the go there are. O k at noise canceling And the Ambient sound is great too. I like how if you talk they can shut off the music a little bit and let you hear the outside world A lot of good features in the app and all around not that bad now. The bad features are that I don't like. The way they fit in my ear but that could be the way. My ear is shaped they also are not easy to clean but I tried to keep him as clean as possible. It is easy to lose one but I like how you can try to find it through an app. All around I think it is a really good earphones
