[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, i wear ear buds ...often. While cooking, cleaning, folding and working. The audio controls work wonderfully but the unfortunate thing is, I these thing simply wont stay in my ears. I hace tried everything from changing out the bud inserts to aftermarket bud holders. They simply wont stay put. I purchased these as a replacement to the first series of wireless buds because my baby ruined the first pair by soaking them in her mouth, lol. If you all would kindly go back to the drawing board on these that would be great. I think this design is simply too heavy to stay put. Also, not everyone wants the bud to free hang in their ear canal. It would be nice to have an over ear clip add on as an option for those who like the security and comfort they provide.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product works great. Noise cancellation is good enough to use at the gym and call quality has been great. Only complaint is that one side sometimes loses connectivity and takes a few seconds before reconnecting again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been tried Buds Live, Buds Pro, Beats Fit Pro, Power Beats 3, etc. Buds2 Pro has the best sound quality w/ ANC, design, features, battery life, and fits. If you have a Galaxy phone, please buy Buds2 Pro or Buds series. I had Apple Beats Fit Pro before, and I had to connect manually every time when switching between S23 and my Dell laptop. Buds2 Pro connects seamlessly. It is the BEST BUDS so far!

These earbuds are ok. The sound quality could be better. On occasion the earbuds will slip from your ear, and whenever you try to adjust the earbuds the sensitive touch function will register your attempts to adjust the earbud as a touch input and either end your phone call or pause your music. It's so annoying.

The only reason I gave them a 4 star review instead of a 5 was due to the uncomfortable fit. Unfortunitly at least for me, the buds hurt my ears no matter what size rubber cover I use to fit them.

I use mine everyday and get a full 18 hours on full blast and the battery never wavers. My favorite accessory of all time. BRAVO!

I like to use one at a time and then put the other one in while the other one charges so that way I can actually hear my surroundings. Great battery life especially with the case for long plane trips

I really wanted to love these they were a gift and I am a loyal Samsung customer. They do not stay in the ear constantly falling out I have tried different types of ear plugs with them with no luck. Due to them always falling out I have to turn off the touch controls because of having to push them back in. They also disconnect alot while in the middle of private conversations it is very inconvenient. The battery life isn't that great as well. I miss you old buds very much save your money peeps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my buds pro for a year now. The fit comfortably in my ears, and have great sound. The active noise cancelations works great when I'm in loud environments switching from anc to passthrough is easy. All audio sounds are crisp, as well as voice calls. After a year the batteries are still going strong and last for hours with hard use. I highly recommend the buds pro.
