The sound quality is incredible and the clarity of the other end everyone that I speak to has never complained or had an issue with hearing what I had to say. The noise cancellation is great too. I'm an engineer and I need silence once I have both buds on it's like if I'm in another place. Would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to purchase great earbuds.

The nose cancelling ability is excellent to the point I get scolded by wife for not hearing her when she's calling me. And the overall sound quality is great. I'm very please with this version of Bud's and if the 3 is even better, I can't wait to get them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these about a month ago, traded in the first gen Buds Pro. I've been using galaxy buds since they were first released in 2019. Ive had 4 pairs and these are the best yet. The Buds pro never fit my ear properly, they used to hurt, and also fall out a LOT. The Buds2 Pro are amazing, they're comfortable and fit well, don't fall out my ear, and the sound quality is great. The one thing I wish that was better was the seamless connection amongst other devices that aren't from samsung. It works perfectly with my other samsung devices but I struggle a lot (even just trying to connect them normally) when it comes to my Dell laptop.

I keep them in at all times when I'm carrying around my luggage at the airport. I don't have to search for my phone that way. Of course, I also use them for leisure activities too. I love listening to audio books, music, or podcasts when I'm working around the house.

My favorite feature is the volume and the muting out side sounds. Only complaint I have is they do not like to stay in your ears while running jumping packers or equipment with high vibrations. I'm very pleased with the sound of them I use them everyday the only thing I wish they were a little bit better at is noise canceling while on the phone if I'm in a car people can hear the wind and or turn signals but they are not advertised as a headset so it's really not to bad charge time is really fast and the case has wireless charging capabilities.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had these Buds for almost 2 years now and besides the Left Ear bud quality dying because of my imbalance on usage between each one. I have really enjoyed using them. They last me all day, and I like that they have touch controls it is very useful especially since I am a heavy music user. If I dont like a song double tap. If I want to restart or re-listen to a song triple tap. Then if someone is talking to me I can either tap once to pause what I am listening to or activate the ambient sound. Noise Cancellation is also very useful for when I am at home or in public so I don't get distracted by Public Distractions like a crying baby or a barking dog. I am really Happy with my Galaxy Buds2 Pro , but I am excited for the Galaxy Buds 3 Series to see what Samsung has done to improve the Hardware. I would Highly recommend Samsung products as the top Android Devices in my opinion to more of my friends and family. Mostly because not a single device made under Samsung has ever failed me yet. Really excited to order a Galaxy Watch 6 Classic soon. My only problem with the Galaxy Buds2 Pro is the leather case has been under so much stress that it's peeling away the leather buts that's my fault for not getting a protective case to preserve the official case. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds don't stay in your head. Doesn't matter what size insert you use, they don't sit properly in your ear. I have to mess with it and twist it around for almost a half hour before I can actually use them. It sucks because the previous version you could just put the bud in your ears and go without issue. The sound quality isn't as good as the previous version. The case is bigger which is a bad thing. The only redeeming factor is the slightly longer battery life.
