Visiting a local retailer, they shared with me the difference with these earbuds so I decided to give it one more try. They work perfectly. The battery lasts a long time allowing me to enjoy music on the go. It's also very easy to switch between my phone and tablet. The sound quality is so great that I don't need the volume high. I also receive a notification of when the earbuds need to be charged. The carrying case is an added benefit. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely buy them again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dogs broke my beats. After looking for a while I decided to give the buds pro 2 a chance. The sound is amazing and they meet my sound criteria. The ambient and noise canceling option are cool. They get a little annoying and it's troubling controlling the touch setting on the buds and with my hair down the buds sensitivity starts to pause and change music randomly. The worst part of this is that I run and jog a lot and walk my dogs a lot. Music and headphones are a big part of my life. This buds fall way to easy and they are hard to keep on ear if there's a pull force or running force. Overall it's a good product!

I like the 360 audio it really feels like I'm in a surround sound system just within my ears. I really feel immersed. The adaptive audio being able to hear others (or not!) is very beneficial. They fit comfy in the ears and have decent battery life. I would love to see a new version in red.

I have a hard time finding the best fit with any earphones in general. It starts to fall off after talking for several minutes while I have them on. I wish galaxy buds 2 pro would have ear supports like the google buds. Those little flaps help a lot! And the mics can be improved with sound quality.

The quality of sound is amazing and they are very comfortable to wear! Very very light!! I got the lavender color 💜 and they are just looking like a wow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With these earbuds, I never have to worry about being told to speak up or that the buds did not connect correctly. I accidently washed one of the earbuds and it still worked. I wish the buds were a little smaller for my tiny ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got a pair after trading in my original buds and I can say I'm very impressed with them. The sound quality is top notch and the active noise cancelling is 10/10. My only negative (and it's quite a big one) is that they don't seem to fit properly. My previous buds were very comfortable and secure but the plastic casing on the inside of the bud doesn't fit my ear and causes them to slide out easily. They also cause ear pain after prolonged use. To summarize: The technology is spot on but they dropped the ball on ergonomics

The only problem I have had was with the case. I have had these for about a year and the coating that's on it turned a dark color is is coming off.

The battery life is excellent and the Ambient Audio is very good, and so is the Active Noise Cancelling. I also love the 360 Audio with head tracking, and the ability to record binaural audio while recording videos! I would 100% recommend these to anyone who's in the market for headphones!
