They fit in my ear perfectly, creating a seal to keep all the bass and highs where they're needing to be. The touch controls are good as well. The battery last long enough to enjoy my work shift and more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I listen to music and take calls basically all day everyday and the buds pro 2 are perfect for the job. I have tiny ears but the buds don't hurt my ears as much as other earbuds I have tried and stay comfortable for way longer than the buds pro 1. They have great sound quality too even with calls I have never had an issue with the person on the other end not hearing me or vice versa. These are amazing earbuds especially for the price.

Sometimes, rarely bluetooth looses connection then reconnects to phone galaxy s22 ultra. I wish SmartTag+ was built into case to locate case. Ear buds can be located when charged and out of case , but not in closed case. I attached my smarttag+ to my buds pro 2 case with strong double sided tape.

These are the worst fitting ear buds I have ever owned. I have owned a lot of earbuds and I love Samsung, but these do not still in your ear very well at all. Nevermind trying to workout or run. They will fall out while you are sitting still. The sound is good and the touch functions are good, but do not buy these if you are looking for a good fitting ear bud to stay snug in your ear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TLDR: Buy these because they are good Long(ish) version: Samsung has been struggling to replicate the perfection of their first model of earbuds, with mistake after mistake until these. The biggest problem with the other models proceeding the first was fit. None of them could reliably stay in my ears, and a lot of other people were having this problem. The first model would stay in your ears no matter what. Comfort and Fit, 9/10: Out of many of the earbuds that I have tried (a good few) you will forget these are in your ears, that is, after long periods of wearing them my ears dont hurt at all. The fit is also perfect, they dont sacrifice comfort for fit, and they balance the two perfectly. These earbuds are the first in a long time to not fall out from just sitting still. I can ride a bike or shake my head not fear losing my buds. The only problem is that sometimes they get a bit love, but a simple readjustment takes less than a second. 9/10 Sound and Sound Cancelling, 10/10: I'm not an audiophile or whatever it's called, but these sound just as good as other flagship competitors. The sound cancelling is also extremely good. Finally Samsung managed to produce a quality earbud, it's been a while.

I've dropped the case a few times and only had one bud pop out other times the case stayed closed. Battery life was unaffected. Haven't seen any scratches or dents. I use them for noise canceling at work and concerts or otherplacesi need to muffle the sounds a bit, playing music videos and occasionally a mobile game. Overall very good product.

I bought these to replace by Samsung Buds+ I left on a plane, which replaced Samsung IconX. Some good features like built-in Samsung tag for finding, auto ambient mode, and adequate noise cancellation. They are also more comfortable than Buds+. Unfortunately, they WILL NOT stay in your ears under any type of physical activity. They will pretty much fall out sitting still at your desk and you will have to turn off any of the touch features because you will be pushing them in every 5 minutes. There are 3 ear tips, none of them work. My buddy bought them too and when we went skiing, he lost them out of his ears in the first 5 minutes and had to buy new ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sounds quality is incredible. My favorite part is the noise cancellation. I didn't think in ear buds could achieve that level of noise cancellation. The Galaxy AI translation is an awesome feature. I mainly use these in the gym and I am able to tune everything else out and focus on my workouts! They really shine on a flight though. The ANC will block out extra noise and with the extra charge from the case can last for most flights.

I can hear the people but they can't hear me when I talk so I have to take them out when I get a call. The voice detect from noise canceling to ambient sound was also a hit or miss too. Sometimes it would work great and other times it wouldn't. Overall though, I love these buds just some of the features I'm having trouble with.
