The sound quality is amazing and the in-ear fit is also great, it never gets uncomfortable to have them in my ears. I've recommended them to many of my friends and none of them were disappointed with the product quality both regarding usage and comfort.

And once they were paired, just putting them in my ears activates them. I was reluctant to use the tap controls, but now they're essential. Makes it easy to control the music without touching my phone These are easier to use than my air pods, and fit better too.

Music is good with bass on highs and lows. This fits well in my ears. Great on noise cancelling. I have a 8 month old baby at home. It works well even when he cries in other room. Battery lasts about 4 hours for my meetings in one charge. But buds box recharges them quickly. I have used these in water and they still work well. There is still some area of improvement in the sound and battery.

I enjoy putting these on at any given chance I get. For music, chatting, or even late night movie nights on my S22U when I'm watching videos and want to drown out the noise. The noise cancellation? Don't get me started! I have to have a reminder that I need to keep my surroundings woke. What I mean is that with having these buds in I don't be hearing anyone in my household when they approach me for a conversation ot across the room. Its great! Samsung knows how to make products so I'm not shocked about the quality and the way these female (case wise) compared to the last gen. To finally end this I must give a thanks to Samusung as I've been a loyal.member for ages and will continue to stay in the S ecosystem.

Update: I'm reading and I see that Samsung claims to have interchangeable buds, at the same time customers say they don't have it, mine don't have it either so it makes me think that there is a very bad quality control of Samsung or they are selling used headphones.. what a shame, I also forgot to mention that the box is difficult to open especially at night (all its sides are the same) you have to keep turning it and trying until you open it, the same thing happens to charge wireless in the dark you can't tell if it's up or down Bottom line, this really is one of Samsung's worst products. keep your old headphones, don't waste your money and be happy

The one thing that stops them from being great is the call quality. It's pretty bad. Outside of that these are my favorite

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ear buds usually don't fit my ears. These do and are a pleasure to wear. I like that you can change settings from normal to ambient niise and noise cancelation. This helps to keep your aware (or less aware) of your surroundings. Sound quality is very good, although I wish there was a little more volume. Syncing is never an issue; just open the case and they're ready. I've even forgot them in my shorts while swimming. No issue with the buds, I needed a replacement case though. Overall great purchase.

Poor sound quality compared to other buds at the same price. Same with transparent/ambient background sounds are not as good as other buds for the same price. Overall, I love them.
