The shape is perfect for my ears and doesn't cause irritation after long periods of use. And the sound quality is immaculate. Lots of wireless headphones have an annoying audio delay from the device, so sound won't match up with videos, but that is not a problem with these headphones. And the noise canceling of these earbuds is surprisingly really good. I highly recommend these headphones, they are superior to every other wireless ear bud option I have tried.

They have incredible features like active noise cancelling for situations like mowing your lawn or getting some work done in a noisy office. The voice pass-through works amazing as well allowing you to listen to music or a meeting and still get information about a topic from a coworker or hear what your wife was asking at home. The sound quality is great and the battery life is phenomenal as well. It pairs EXTREMELY well with your Samsung devices providing a seamless experience between all of your devices. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Noise canceling works great. Recently I was on an airplane and didn't hear any of the motor noise till I turned off the Noise canceling. The only real downside would be that I can't track the buds as long as they are in their case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung products, and loved the galaxy buds pro, but the galaxy buds2 pro have lived below my expectations. The sound and noise canceling are decent, but you can find better with most other brands. The transparent mode however, to me is noticeably worse than the first generation. It sounds grainy with a rather weird range of sounds that come through the microphones. The fit is also below standard for me. Maybe it's just the fact my ears are a little smaller, but the comfort level of the buds 2 is not great. I can't wear them for very long before they hurt my ears, not to mention they don't stay in very well no matter what size of ear pieces I put on them. Overall, they are decent earvuds, but you'll get a much better experience with other brands of the same price in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great. I use them at the gym to drown out the annoying grunters amd barbell droppers. The noise canceling is also great for avoid inane conversations with my coworkers! They hold a charge nice and long as well.

These are the first pair of Samsung Buds I have ever gotten and I love them! I've had them for about 9 months now. About a month ago, I lost the case and one of the buds in a hay field I was working in. It's nearly impossible to find things once you lose them in hay fields so I gave up hope. I used the Find My Earbuds feature but with all of the hay, they couldn't be found. I let everyone in the field know to keep a lookout for them but as time went on, I lost hope. We water the field almost every day and then we cut the hay with a swather. Then the hay was baled and picked up by the Bale Baron. So I thought they had been munched and killed. But yesterday, a fellow pipe mover in the same field found the buds! We didn't think they would work as they were wet and covered in mud. But after a good charge, they're as good as new! Fantastic quality and durability!

The only issue I have is occasionally they like to lower volume and I have to place them back in case and re connect. They also like to disconnect while in use on calls and I have to manually reconnect to my phone in device controls.
