[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have smaller size ears so these work perfect I don't worry about them falling put. And they are easy to connect to multiple devices use then with my work laptop and come in handy to not use big bulky headphones and mics.

They still work fine after over a year of that heavy use. One complaint that I would have is that they do not fit well in ear and they do fall out during workouts.

I could not even begin to explain how good the sound quality is on these. Calls are also clear according to the people I talk to often. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had almost all iterations of the Galaxy buds and obviously these are the best yet! The size fits perfectly in my ears. The included tips I feel would cover most people. The ANC is also to notch. I work in a noisy environment and it does a fantastic job canceling it the ambient sounds. They charge fast, have good battery life and are very discreet. Love these buds 2 pro!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these earbuds! They fit perfectly in my ear and don't fall out, even when I'm working out. The noise cancelling feature is really good. They charge fast and are easy to clean. The only negative would be the sensitivity of the earbuds, you have to tap and double tap to pause and change your music. I do get frustrated when I double tap to change a song but it pauses the song instead. But overall, great earbuds.

Very disappointed with these earbuds. I have problems with both buds. The left earbud constantly loses volume control and I it goes to less then half volume. And the right earbud is not as clear. I have thoroughly cleaned them and reset them multiple times. For the price I paid I expected more.

I wish that they would create some that would filter outside noise picked up by the microphone wind and other noises are picked up with them. On the positive side that is how sensitive it is. I have had some problem with them staying in my ears from time to time

Used mainly under a motorcycle helmet but difficult to keep both sides on while putting helmet on so wear only one side. Ambient sound works great but one con for listening to music is that the buds lacks true bass. Easy to connect to multiple devices. Haven't used with Galaxy AI.
