[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the buds pro while I work out and play basketball. They don't always stay in the ear while doing certain moves such as squats and push-ups. The noise canceling doesn't seem to do much but the sound is still good but you can still hear everything around you. The touch sensitivity can be weird at times. Sometimes my hair is able to press pause but then sometimes my fingers can't even make it play. The battery life on it is great. I can go maybe a whole week before needed to charge and they haven't died on me yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the Galaxy ai features. How you can use voice commands and interactions to make everyday tasks much more convenient. I use the ear buds primarily for listening to music and phone calls and the sound quality is amazing. I also really like the find my ear buds feature. The only issue I have is a big one: the earbuds are constantly falling out of my ears. I tried changing the size of the rubber piece and no luck. I am constantly having to press them back into my ear causing me to press the button, sometimes hanging up on people if I'm on the phone with them or pausing the music that I am listening to.

Setting them up is clean and so is connecting them with other Samsung devices. I will say that I wish that there was 100% seemeless transitioning from phone to Samsung tab but otherwise it's awesome

Telling to check my phone (I don't have a watch) for important messages. My ears are smaller than normal and they fit perfectly!! I also appreciate the noise cancelling.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro for over a year now, and I must say that it is amazing how much of an improvement the comfort and fit have become. Especially when compared to the original Buds Pro, which were uncomfortable to wear, thus affecting the noise canceling and fit. I use my Galaxy2 Buds Pro almost every day as a high school student who needs to pass the hours in peace and focus. Which of course with the new echanced comfort، I can wear them on end, without irritation. Though for such a premium price, please consider the build quality (like case snappiness or magnetic strength), and improving the noise canceling technology. As for a lower budget, the competition has done great in these aspects. I have good hopes for next year's 2024 Galaxy Buds 3 Pro, so thank you for your hard work and efforts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally had a pair of the buds live and they were great but the Bud2 Pros are a whole other level. The noise suppression is great and some of the features such as if it detects me talking it will actually turn the noise suppression off and lower the volume so I can have a conversation with someone. Once you're finished talking after 10 seconds, you're right back to being able to ignore the world and listen to your music/videos in peace! Suprisingly comfortable and nothing but good things to say for the buds 2 pros!

I also like being able to sync phones, buds, and tablets together so I can switch between devices and keep things moving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product itself is great. My favorite Bluetooth headphones without a doubt. The sound quality is best in my opinion. The only issue I have is the carrying case is too loose which means it opens easily, often without the owner knowing. Has caused me to lose the buds because they fell out of the case without me realizing until it's too late. Great product otherwise. Probably needs a stronger lid that will not open so easily. Aside from that, 10 out of 10. Would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took the Buds2 Pro on a couple of flights and really enjoyed the experience. Very easy to hear everything going on around me while still listening to podcasts and music. Touch controls make it easy to drown out ambient sounds with excellent noise cancelation. Other touch controls are responsive and very functional. Partnered with the Galaxy Wearable app, these buds offer some very nice customizable features. From the case capable wireless charging capability, to the ability to change the EQ settings within the app, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro are my favorite earbuds to date.
